Fantastic ambiance, staff was exceptional! We had some great cocktails and beer with our bar foods.
What a fabulous bar in a fantastic hotel. I was able to attend the weekday Punch Ceremony which is so fun. The Bartender concocts a fun complimentary punch which is served promptly at 6pm and they bring out a gong (which I got to ring, by the way, I was feeling FANCY.
Bartenders & staff were all very friendly & helpful during my stay. I had no problems with the staff at all, contrary to the other reviews. Loved the ambiance of the bar overall. The weather was bad so I wasn't able to go out on the patio right off the bar but it looks like it would be amazing in great weather.

Only here for a mid afternoon snack but the chips queso and salsa dip was pretty outstanding also the pecan old fashioned was great
I came to get a quick drink at the bar and OMG it was soooo good! The bartender name Armando was awesome! If you ever come here, ask for him. Such great customer service and the atmosphere is breathtaking.
We really like the new and modern design and decor of this lounge style hotel reception area bar. Lively but yet quiet at same time with many different comfortable seating areas and options. Stylish and sophisticated atmosphere
