It's all about the bounce back! We had a big 50 wing family meal that got mixed up and was missing a large fry. The manager was super about it and offered to replace the wings and fries but driving back to their store at that time wasn't an option. Fast forward a week later. They knew exactly the order that had gotten mixed up and was missing the fries. The manager was attentive and the team busted out our order because it WAS a bounce back opportunity! Everything was perfect, especially the wings! I am very thankful for their service and the manager who replaced the mix up a week later!

UPDATE.. 22MAY22... This location is GOOD... Staff is very friendly... Management is continuously striving for excellence, but there's a couple of clerks or kitchen helpers that need to catch up and be on the same page... Orders on the receipt are accurate, not matching contents inside bags... I had to go back to the store from home and still, show my receipt and request my order to be completed since it was missing items... Was offered a tray of french fries, I replied it should be a tray of extra 10 flats unflavored...
