I just wanted to let a delivery driver named Robert know that i’m so far beyond impressed with his customer service skills, his attention to detail, and the love that he puts into his job. To tell a little bit about my story I had not seen him in probably a year and a half and just based off the name of the order he knew exactly who I was and upon opening my door he greeted me with a very warm and and loved greeting. I’ve worked in the service industry most of my life and words can express how wonderful and cared for that made me feel. Robert I hope you see this And I hope all of your upper management see this. I will also be calling the store tomorrow to make sure somebody knows about this interaction. That was the embodiment of hospitality I’m extremely grateful to have met you and I hope this company is taking care of you. People like you should be safe guarded and beyond.
