Had an excellent lunch here with the husband recently. The facilities were clean, the atmosphere was pleasant, the staff attentive and friendly. Best of all our food was fantastic. I had the shrimp Cajun pasta and he has steak and shrimp fajitas. Everything was fresh, hot, and cooked to order.
Chili's restaurant In Pleasanton Is a great choice to eat at. For my first time trying this Chili's location I was impressed by the food and service. I decided to eat here with a few buddies on Sunday to watch the Sunday night football game and I began with a order of a 8 piece buffalo wings, the wings were ok. Then I ordered the September surprise Margarita for just 6$. I really liked the Margarita and also tried the Long Island Ice tea which was good. For the dinner I ordered the Trio fajita meal, it comes with sliced chicken breast, steak and shrimp for 20$. The meal comes with a side of black beans, cheese, guacamole, sour cream, pico, Mexican rice and flour tortillas. I'd recommend this meal, it was very delicious and piping hot when they served the meal. Both the waiter and waitress did a excellent job! I enjoyed the meal.

Craving for finger food? Burgers? Fajita’s? Come to Chillies for good food experience. Located in the commercial space~~ at times Google Maps can confuse you with the directions. But you will get there for sure. We missed and took few wrong turns. And thinking are we going to the right place… as we see lot of office buildings in and around.
Enough parking spaces and got the table in 2 mins on Sunday evening esp on the Mother’s Day where most of the restaurants are full and reservations is required. Greeted and served by Ryan.

Tuesday 12/12 we went for dinner. When we were seated the server Alondra let us know up front that she was the only server and the dinning room was full. We chose to stay. Alondra was extremely attentive and friendly. Her helpers were great. Our food came out in a timely manner. Her manager was friendly and bussed tables. She checked in us frequently. I have to say it was the best service we have had since the pandemic. We enjoyed our dinner. Thanks Alondra for your service with a smile.
We were seated right away. Covid protocols were observed by all of the staff. We ordered the 3 By Me Special. The service was ok, and the food arrived piping hot. My only concern was that it was entirely too cold, in that restaurant, for us to enjoy our food.
Chili’s is always magnificent. It is good american food priced fairly and excellent customer service. Definitely a family friendly place and a great spot to watch sports.
5 stars for entrée but 3 out of 5 for appetizer. The picture on menu was deceiving compared to what we actually received. ☹ But overall, service was good! We were seated right away (Tuesday night at 7pm) and food came out hot. Mixed fajitas were delicious! Very good. I'd definitely come back to this location.
The food was absolutely delicious and the service was super quick. Even though the place was pretty packed for Friday lunch, the staff did a great job with the service.
We hadn't been to Chili's since pre-Covid days. The food was good and reasonably priced. Unlike other restaurants, Chili's has not downsized its portions.
The food was good, so I had to send it back twice. I asked for no onions when I ordered. When they brought the food my dish had onions, when I sent it back they returned food with more then I asked to remove
Tried today’s lunch! Our server was Jose. Food was so good and yummy. Especially Jose took care of everything so well, kudos to his good work😊 Happy about our experience👍🏻
