I liked the Tater Tots more than the burgers here. I wish they gave you more sauce for the burger, both the bun and patty were pretty dry. Pretty pricey place, but definitely cheaper than Cheesecake Factory or PF Chang’s if you’re on a budget.
We decided to grab a bite before doing some shopping at the local mall, and The Counter’s menu appealed to the group. We each ordered a burger, with either a salad, onion rings, or fries on the side. One of the burgers came out incorrectly and had to be returned to be remade. But at least they left the fries to snack on while recooking the burger and brought fresh fries out with the remake. The food was good and this place is a solid choice for dining while at the mall.
Employees Ray & Justin are awesome. Great service and very professional from both of them. I had 1/3lb burger cooked medium. Very tasty on the greens with blue cheese. Justin made me a mint chocolate with brownie milk shake. Very, very good.
Good juicy burgers cooked to specifications! Try the breakfast burger with a fried egg: delicious :) and for the experimental menu, you can have an impossibile burger here, made out of vegetable proteins. Also quite juicy. Definitely a good lunch spot.
Amazing burgers! Seriously, nice an juicy and not over seasoned so you can taste the meat, fries are also tasty. Service was awesome! I do recommend stopping by and grabbing a burger or two. They do cook them to order so make sure you ask what the medium rare really looks like so you're not Suprised.
Sonoma Bowl delish! Love the counter. Our waiter Maggie was very friendly & efficient!!! 😄😄😄
The impossible burgers are amazing here, but bring your appetite.
Best place to have a delicious burger and the best chilli fries ever the service was great and friendly #1 definitely recommend it
This is the third time I have been here and so far my experience has been amazing.
Milkshakes are pretty darn good cause you can choose three ingredients to make your own, only issue was the ridiculously small bio friendly straws...
Customizing your own burger is neat. Pro-tip for first timers ADD EVERYTHING YOU WANT unless you are on a budget cause it really adds up quickly.
Honestly, great tasting burgers, but be wary that they tend to be quite large. I had a bacon bbq burger, and that thing won't even fit in your mouth, it was good, but oh god how did I eat it. The menu has a great variety and there is an option to build your own burger (personally haven't tried it yet). The place is pretty nice, but it isn't exactly large, so expect a wait. It took around 35 minutes to get a spot, and some more time for the food. Also another recommendation from me, the parmesan fries are really good, just don't make the same mistake I did and order more than one, those things are huge as well. Overall the food is great and all, but not exactly a "fast-food" place.
I like this idea of being able to build your own Burger. I was able to make a bacon blue cheese burger with some spice to it that tasted great. The food is fresh and the service was really friendly. So if you are looking for a great place to grab a burger, maybe while your wife does some shopping, this is the place to go.
The Counter is a solid place. You can custom build your burger, or order right of the menu. Prices for the burgers are probably a dollar or two too high. But, the prices for a glass of wine or an appetizer are probably a dollar or two too low. I think the food is prepared well and tastes good. It's a cool enough place. Give it a try.
Very good food and staff. Our waitress was ok, she did her job, but didn't go out of her way. Jason, who was other waiter was awesome. The sun was starting to set and was shining right into our eyes. He was around and we asked him about blinds, which they don't have. He ended up standing in a place that blocked the sun. We joked with him about staying right there. He joked right back with us. He was an overly friendly guy.
