Blue Hill was absolutely incredible. The food: top notch. The experience: exciting and dynamic. The staff: kind, professional, experts at what they do. We came for a once in a lifetime dining experience and we were still completely blown away! Some may say this is a "pricey" meal but what we got was WELL worth ever single cent paid. We were a group of four celebrating two of our friends eloping earlier in the afternoon. The staff could not have been more sweet and accommodating. They made us (and specifically the married couple) feel so special. We will never forget this culinary rollercoaster ride!

The absolute best food experience I have had yet. So many delicious dishes that will leave you craving more. Truly the best farm to table experience. The freshness of the vegetables along with the creativity, was astonishing. If I could give 100 stars I would.

Come here to enjoy the farm to table brunch on a weekend, and it was absolutely amazing! They select the menu based on fresh ingredients of the season. You can also walk around this beautiful estate. Remember to reserve before you visit if you want to have the brunch!

The farm is great. We did the lunch tray which is very casual. The food is fresh but wish the potato can be warmer. We are the first customers getting the tray and the potato is cold. There will be line after 12pm.

It really achieves the objective of serving great tasting food. The ingredients are the best tasting I had in US. The food is delicate and different from the overall American food it escapes from the traditional lots of butter/salt/sugar/pepper. I had the option for the cafeteria and the service is acceptable, could be better, especially considering the price point.

What a great experience. We walked the grounds before our dinner, maybe bring hiking shoes because the trails are uneven. Really nice. The food was very good but the tenderloin was luke warm, same for the coffee. The heirloom tomato dish was a little bland. We really like the squash. Staff are very attentive and helpful.

Our first experience at Blue Hill at Stone Barns. We arrived early a bit after 10am to sample something from the breakfast menu. We wandered the grounds and buildings to fill time waiting for our Lunch Tray reservation at 12 noon. Beautiful facility exteriors and grounds with interior spaces that are void of warmth and completely reject their location. They're inside a historic 1930's barn/farm buildings. The "Caffeteria" looks like a Classroom in a progressive elementary school. Perfectly disappointing. Terrain by Urban Outfitters understood the assignment when retrofitting historic farm spaces for dining/retail use. Warm, Cozy modern farmhouse...Special. Or as the kids say Insta ready. The alacarte breakfast items we sampled were good. Our over $50 per person Lunch Tray was delicious, but portions were small.

This is the second year in a row that we have attended Blue Hill at Stone Barns Cafeteria. A delightful four course dinner with drinks (both alcoholic and non) included. As previously, the service is wonderful: prompt and attentive. The food is delicious and service provided a great deal of knowledge about what we were eating.

What a fabulous dinner!!!! The service was top notch!! Alberto was so knowledgeable and he anticipated our needs. We started with a soft potato and rye bread with an assortment of cucumbers. Kudos to the chef who made another salad for my daughter when they saw that she didn’t like the tomatoes. We said it’s OK, but they brought her an apple, melon, and cucumber salad that she devoured. She loved it! We had the sweet seasonal tomato salad with the beet and tomato gazpacho. Each course came with wine parings. Dinner was roast chicken which I thought was under seasoned. The only seasoning was the sea salt on top. The tender sweet corn with cheese and fried shallots was great. Roast eggplants with tomato purée. Dessert was panna cotta with a blueberry compote and lemon thyme cream which was delicious. Over all a good meal. All in was $175 per person for the community table.
