Great place. Cost came out to 25 bucks a person. The cod is tender and delicious. The sourdough bread with the open Faced veggie sandwich is out of this world. An amazing place to go when the weather is sunny. Just really feels like a peaceful and wonderful place to eat and rest.

The kids' food was good, and the Mac and cheese was a big disappointment. It cost $10, and it tastes like it came out of a box. The noodles were hard, and it was not good at all.

My mom and I had a wonderful brunch at Side Street Kitchen! I had the pork belly eggs Benedict which was so insanely good! I have never had a Benedict served on buttery toast instead of English muffins. It really made a delicious difference. My mom enjoyed her pork belly BLT and we loved the smoked oysters! Our Brussels sprouts were also perfectly crispy and sprinkled with yummy cheese. The chicory coffee was tasty and perfectly sweetened. We loved the casual dining and fun atmosphere on a beautiful day trip to Point Reyes. We will be back!

Great place to enjoy lunch after your visit to the lighthouse. Loved the chicken roast and fresh apple juice. Outdoor sitting is great for summers. Service was quick and excellent. Excellent location with ample parking available allowing you to explore the local shops before or after your meal. Highly recommended

Needing breakfast, we decided to stop here on the way to Bodega Bay one weekday morning. Couldn’t pass up the apple fritters with whipped cream. Nothing like those overfried hard syrupy things at the supermarket! These were soft and puffy, filled (really, filled) with tart green apple pieces. Could have eaten three orders! Food choices seemed to be very seasonal. Eggs and potatoes were nicely prepared and not over salted. Hooray! When we walked in, the three locals at a table really gave us the eye. I figured this is a good, local place if they show such open hostility for tourists invading their territory! And, it was.

We had a great lunch of rock cod and tri tip sandwich. The cod was generously portioned and well seasoned. Wish the noodles were warm and with their own sauce though. Everything was very well priced.

We waited about an hour just to get to the cashier (boss lady) our group was "Hangry", but once we got to order everything was smooth. They ran out of chicken 🐔 😕.. However, once we had ordered and were sitting at the table, the owner came to us and said there was more chicken coming out and gave us the option of changing the order.. WE HAPPILY did and.. let me tell ya... no regrets.. I'm sure our next visit will be more enjoyable if we get there when it's not too busy, and if we check ahead of time to make sure they'll have enough chicken for all! 😂

Everything was amazing. Chicken liver patty is heavenly. Jessica, who was helping us, was the best service experience ever! —— A year later - and same amazing service, same amazing pate. The only small nitpick - chicken felt a bit under-cooked, had some redness around the bone.

I went to this place for a late lunch. It was not too occupied. One has to order at the counter and wait for food to come at their table. I tried one of their sandwiches with chicken instead of pork. It was delicious! I enjoyed it. The rotisserie chicken is full of flavor and the side potatoes are delicious as well. The must try item though is the butterscotch pudding. It’s smooth and yummyy!!

Delicious food. Appropriate portions. Great menu options. Pet friendly. *Minus 1 star because of outside eating area not very attractive and employees not very welcoming.

A small restaurant sits at the end of busy street in the center of Point reyes Station. It promotes its Chicken but I think their pork belly sandwich is the best! The salad is nice and fresh, farm to folk type, best with their white meat chicken. We didn't order their whole chicken because the waiting time is long. Their oven is not big enough for more chicken at all. They need to upgrade it for sure as their customers getting more and more. Even though the restaurant is small, the staff is very nice and well organized and served. I highly recommend it if you are around for a lunch before or after a hike at Point reyes.

A cool little restaurant with absolutely phenomenal sandwiches and very friendly service! We got the Mt. Tam baguette and the tri-tip sandwich to share... so good! I wanted to take photos, but our sandwiches were gone before I got the chance!

Awesome restaurant in the middle of town that one would never expect so tasty. They have a wonderful mural on the wall that catches your eyes as you walk in. Very friendly and always smiling staff makes this place very much welcome. Their "Creamed" Corn is out of this world, one must try. Ended up ordering two more of the same. Great many vegan and veggie options on the menu. Their dishes are treat for the eye as they are to your mouth and tummy. It is not often that you find a good restaurant to stop by and have a meal especially when the place is historical and expected to have too many people that come and go. But if you ever visit Point Reyes, make it a point to stop by here and check it out.

Tri tip sandwich was great. My kid got the cheese quesadilla and I was shocked at how big it was. Outdoor seating was nice with plenty of shade. Staff were very friendly. If you're passing through like we were, I'd suggest stopping here.

Good food after hiking nearby. If you are allergic to bees, watch out. They should probably inform you that yellow jackets will swarm you if you order the rotisserie chicken (safer to eat inside).
