Chef Dee's, as the name implies, is a unique gem of a restaurant owned by a truly wonderful chef. While the location might not be ideal, don't let it fool you.
The meals here are perfectly delicious and genuinely homemade. This was my second visit, and I found it even better than the first, leaving my taste buds yearning for more.
I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend Chef Dee's restaurant to others seeking an authentic and flavorful dining experience.
I absolutely adore this place- probably the best sushi I have ever had. Not too much rice in the outside with big chunks of fresh sashimi in the middle. The staff are always extremely friendly and the food is reasonably priced considering the quality.
This was quite a discovery. Sushi was amazing, pasta was insane. Spinach ravioli were out of this earth. Best kept secret in pompano.
Suggested From a friend. I’m so glad we tried it. Phenomenal!! Honestly the best we’ve had in some time. From appetizers to the main course. This is a must try. Exceptional food and service. We are coming back, and I will spread the word 💯
To start off with the waitress and waiter, they were very nice and caring to my allergies. A+ to both of them of how wonderful they are. Such nice personalities too! Amazing service. I found this place randomly on google because of the high ratings and we are from Jersey. Food was excellent! I took my 4 kids and they also accommodated food for them! I will defiantly come back here when I visit Florida again and thank you again!!
Delicious food, beautiful decor and plating, lovely staff. My first time here (the restaurant and the area). This place had great reviews and lived up to them. I ordered the appetizer of the Chefs choice sushi and loved it. I didn’t ask what fish, but tuna and salmon looked like two of them. I also ordered the clam chowder and it’s one of the best I’ve had at a restaurant. Good balance of flavor and ingredients. The woman taking my order was so kind and asked where I was from and talked to me for a moment. It was decently busy but food still came out quickly and at the right temperature. Ended my meal with a crab cake (I think) which was great as well. I would go back for sure!

This Place is Totally Awesome!🤩 It's like a little "Cheers" type of Bar & Dining! You can get some Nice Wine, Alcohol and/or some Great Appetizers / Full Menu items depending on your mood!🥰 The Shrimp Cakes are a Rare Specialty but the Crab Cakes are TERRIFIC too! The Steak of the Day is Tender and Well Seasoned! I enjoyed my steak dinner with the sauté mushrooms. Tell "Chef Dee" that #MommaKesha sent you!💋
I went back on March 20th, 2023 for my Birthday and 👨🍳 Chef Dee treated me like a Queen! I had the Shrimp Cakes, Crab Cakes and Sautéed Mushrooms! The waitresses Daisy and Rosey are very friendly! They gave me a complementary glass of delicious red wine for my birthday 🎂 🥳 🎉 🎈! The Entire Staff is so Nice! Also, they are planning to expand the dining area by this Summer 2023 so soon they will be able to accommodate large parties of family and friends for dinner and celebrations. **Oh Yeah, if you are a Lobster 🦞 Fanatic, Chef Dee's serves the WHOLE LOBSTER! I witnessed a frequent customer, named Norman, demolish a whole Lobster from one end to the other! It was Awesome sight to see! #LOL😊🤪✅️
Have only been hearing about Chef Dee’s from my mom for the past year. She literally goes at least once a week and brings any and all friend’s to enjoy! I have to say she was absolutely spot on. We started with stuffed crab mushroom’s that were moist and had The perfect amount of lemon to compliment the crab filling. We also enjoyed clams with A light filling that had this beautiful flavor of fresh oregano, almost hard to distinguish what it actually was, but I think I might’ve nailed that one! Our entrées were spectacular. Each bursting with flavor and delicious. I would recommend ordering the shrimp scampi, and the stuff shrimp that comes with a decadent sauce to complete the entrée. If you are looking to impress friends, a date or family visiting I would highly suggest taking them to Chef Dee’s. Fancy food with a casual vibe. This restaurant will show you not to judge a book by its cover or in this case a restaurant in a plaza.
Sooooo good! The sushi was a huge portion and beautiful! The seaweed salad was excellent and so was the service. They have a bar and an extensive wine menu. Also had the oyster Rockefeller which was yummy.
Outstanding find. Small hole in the wall, but great find and we absolutely loved it. I enjoyed sushi/sashimi while my wife enjoyed freshly cooked Chicken piccata. Everything was exceptional, including service and the fresh bread was out of this world great!!!
