Although the burrito I got was cold the lady working drive by the name Lisa was amazing!!! One of the kindest ladies I've ever dealt with in a fast food establishment!

I rarely go to Burger King because of experiences in recent years. Terrible customer service and the wait time was always insane.
TONIGHT was totally different! I thought I’d try it out. I grew up on their chicken and it sounded so good. I asked about the 2 for $6 which I found out was no longer available. I was quickly informed of the 2 for $5 and given the list of all items included. I was already impressed with the guy taking my order (wish I had gotten his name). I agreed to the 2 for $5 and got both the original chicken sandwich with an order of chicken fries. Both items were hot and fresh. Wait time was less than 2 minutes. The guy taking my order deserves to be recognized and to keep it up because I’ll be back! Not sure if he was in charge but it was the best service in years. Between 1230am & 1am on 6/5/2022. Great job guys
Finally got the $5 special. Excellent for the price. Give it a try. Whopper Jr, 4 nuggets, small fries and small drink. I know it is similar to other deals elsewhere but I enjoy those as well. But flame broiled taste makes a difference.
Employees seem to like their jobs for the most part. Fast service most of the time. Better than other fast burgers in Ponca City. It does seem their burger and whopper patties have got much thinner. I noticed BK, I noticed.
I always get awesome service here my burgers are always made to perfection my cherry coke is always fresh tasting.

Just had a new burger there. Good. I'll tell you a little story about Burger King still the today. When my dad was living my mom and dad had lunch there daily. As soon as daddy got his tray he covered his fries because it was so cold in there they were too cold to enjoy.😅I cover my fries in there.
