Had another great experience at this location so wanted to take the time to give them a positive review. When you are on the road as much as I am you get used to which rest stops have which places you like or don't bother stopping at, I have learned that when traveling on I-55, I am never disappointed when I visit the drive-thru at this location. The customer service I experience is positively consistent and you can tell they have a good team. The food always tastes exactly how I ordered it and I never had to return to correct it. Also it was neat to see the seal on the order to reinforce the concept of less chance of being exposed to extra germs in the process. I appreciate the hard work fast food workers put in and if in the area, would recommend stopping at this location.

I wish I could give this Taco Bell more than 5 stars as it is well deserved! I have never dealt with such a professional yet kind and friendly staff in any fast food establishment. I have to add that my orders are always correct and mind you all the staff members work under tremendous pressure as staff is short and the Bell is always busy! Clean! Always very clean! The bathroom…counters…soda station…all the tables. A staff member is always taking the steps needed to always maintain a clean and sanitary dining experience! Thanks Taco Bell team in Pontiac Il!
