Great fast food. Clean restaurant!
It was pretty great considering it was my first time there. There was such polite people working there and they were so patient. The only thing I found iffy about Chick-fil-A was that there was such a big cut of tomato in my chicken sandwich lol. Other than that, everything was astounding. The chicken was very soft and not dry at all! I give it a 9 out of 10. I hope this helps!
It's not what I usually think of as a sandwich. It's just a chicken burger. The sauce here is really delicious. Why is this brand famous? The kick here is sauce flavor. Why would Publix and Costco sell sauce? Everything in the world has a reason.
Chick-fil-a staff are always friendly, taking care of the place and the customers. But I had one bad experience lately where I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, where it seems they reheated the chicken (as it was not that hot) and caused me a pain in my stomach straight after the meal and lasted for a couple of hours. This is a one time event, but it’s generally nice to eat here.
The 2nd best team I've dealt with! Everyone was cheerful and had big smiles! Waffles fries could always be cooked longer for some reason chick fil a only like la to cook them half way. That is NOT on the staff but on corporate. Other than that it was great!
We were flying to California from Savannah and stopped by Chick-fil-A in Pooler before heading to the airport. It is the closest Chick-fil-A to Savannah/Hilton Head International Aiirport, located right off the freeway and clustered with other dining and shopping places. We were warmly greeted by the counter person who took our order and filled our drinks.
My wife ordered a side salad and 8-piece grilled nuggets along with a large Diet Dr. Pepper. I got a Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich with medium waffle fries and a large unsweetened iced tea. Both my wife and I were happy with our meals. The chicken for my sandwich was cooked perfectly, with a nice crunchy coating and just the right amount of spiciness. The tomato and lettuce were fresh and the sandwich was delicious. I always think that this sandwich has enough flavor from the chicken and moisture from the tomato that is does not need any sauces added. In the past I have gotten the Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich with American cheese. Big mistake! Stick with pepper jack cheese.
I'm fairly certain that Chick-fil-A has changed the way they make their waffle fries, and it is a change for the better. I have had their waffle fries at various locations across the country over the past year, and they are consistently good. The waffle fries are nicely seasoned (I used to always add extra salt) and have an enjoyable crunch when biting into them. Before the change, the waffle fries were inconsistent, sometimes crunchy and sometimes soggy. It seems to me they have figured it out and I always look forward to them now.
The beverages we ordered were also good. That may seem like an odd thing to mention, but at other places Diet Dr. Pepper can sometimes be flat and unsweetened iced tea can sometimes be cloudy with an unpleasant taste. A bad beverage ruins an otherwise good meal. The Diet Dr. Pepper tasted as it should and my iced tea was fresh and crisp.
We both used the restrooms before leaving and found them to be clean. The service during our meal was very good, with a Chick-fil-A employee checking on our table more than once, clearing trash and offering to refill drinks.
So, our travel plans started off great with our visit to Chick-fil-A. I recommend it as a good option for getting a quick meal before heading to the airport. It is better food for better prices than what is offered in the airport terminal. We enjoyed our experience very much.
October 2023 and find this place unbelievably great. Sports Bus pulled in with at least 20+ people and they handled it like it was nothing. Great training, employees and management.
If I could give this Chick-fil-A and it's employees 500 🌟I would. Why you ask? Sometimes it's not just the food and service which was outstanding but what Chick-fil-A employees do when you're not watching. As we entered the restaurant we noticed a woman trying to talk her young pet cat down from a tree. We offered assistance but she said he would come down. After eating and as we left we saw that the cat was still in the tree, even higher and that she went to Home Depot and bought a ladder. Now what impressed us were the 2 Chick-fil-A employees who were climbing the ladder and into the tree to rescue and return the cat 🐱. I don't know what it is about employees of Chick-fil-A but they always go the extra mile, make the extra effort and care. Again not enough 🌟 for what they do but great people know.
Wasn't crowded! Food was good & my unsweet tea was great.
A lovely Lady went around cleaning the tables & asking us whether we needed a refill on our drinks.
This was in Pooler, GA.
Never had a person ask if we wanted a refill on our drinks.
That topped it.
I'm going to give it 5 stars..
This place, if you're traveling you must stop! It's a very very very busy shopping center. We parked behind the restaurant due to how busy it was. I wasn't expecting much. In fact we only stopped here as we anticipated they'd have a kids play area, which is useful for car trips. They didn't.... that said.. in true fashion of CFla, customer service is ON point. Amanda, the dining room manager approached our table a couple of times to check in, and chat with the kiddos.... she ended up challenging them to a rock paper scissors contest, where they ended up "winning" ice cream, which made their day!!!! Thank you, Amanda! Your enthusiasm is such a light!
The food was very salty and the shake was too sweet. I think bc I haven't had fast food in a while it feels like that but the staff was amazing. Really took pride in their work and so friendly. Very much appreciated.
Honestly it truly is 5 stars but. All the stores do what I'm not happy with. It's the taking your order half way around the building and then get your food before you get to the check out and still wait in line. But overall great store
Too bad there’re only 5 stars! What an experience!
I’m used to the excellence of Chick-fil-A, but this was truly unique!
The double drive-up lanes wrapped around the block, the parking lot had one empty spot, and the inside was packed too! There must’ve been 30 employees behind the counter, yet they all took the madness in stride. All had big smiles and full of the southern charm and small talk!
With all the craziness, you’d think the bathrooms would be trashed, but everything was clean and stocked.
Chick-fil-A gets an A+ from me!
Food was good. Friendly service. Only thing I didn't like is where the "mobile order" parking is located. When they bring your mobile order, you have to back out where the others are in the drive thru line. Everything was wonderful. This has nothing to do with this impeccable establishment. Love it!
My husband and I drove through this restaurant last Saturday around noon. Unfortunately, his sandwich was missing from the order. We had already parked at a different parking lot (as it was too busy to park and eat at Chick-fil-A). I called and told them what happened and said we would stop back into the store. BUT…they said they would DELIVER the sandwich to us (even though we weren’t in their parking lot). Amazing service!!! And the food was great!
This is the Best Chick-fil-A we have been to. They all have great tasting food, but the employees in this one just seemed to care more about the customer by going above what you normally expect. I made a mistake in my order and even let them know. I was ready to pay for another order, but the manager insisted on taking care of my meal. The place was constantly being cleaned and the restrooms were great. Keep up the terrific work!
One of the friendliest Chick-Fil-A restaurants we’ve been to! Excellent service! Multiple staff made a positive impression with their attentive service and kindness to customers. Highly recommend! Shoutout to Hayden at register who took our order for his exceptional patience with us as we had food/gluten allergies and ordered slowly as we are hard of hearing. The staff assisted in giving privacy in bathroom to my handicapped parent. Amanda went out of her way to bring a forgotten item and another ran to hold door for my elderly father. The pleasant nature of everyone even those serving in nearly 100 degree heat was not unnoticed. The operating manager beamed a smile as well. A great stop between SC and FL!
