My first time at Chili's and not disappointed at all. I believe it was the only restaurant open after 9PM in Pooler and I am glad that we made the decision to go here. I ordered the Chicken Fajita, totally recommend it. My friend ordered Cajun Chicken Pasta and he was very happy with the Meat to Pasta ratio, it looked delicious.
Great hostess 1st of all, wow Chilli 🌶 👏 👌 she's awesome, and Wendy was our server who was just as awesome . Their services were very satisfied and the food was amazing. We enjoyed 😉. The manager was very helpful in helping clean and serving food. Great Time thanks
I’d never thought I would be reviewing a chilis but the waitresses we’ve had these past couple visits have been so lovely! Me and my mom love a good margarita and we like to nibble on small things or share something when go for drinks. The margarita for December is so bomb!! 6 bucks for a big drink and cute Santa straws! Drinks have been amazing and food is solid! I don’t really enjoy heavy food like burgers and things but my mom loves it. We’ve tried their burgers, nachos and chili and no complaints! I’ve just always had a good experience with service and drinks so I have to give them 4 stars. I would suggest going for lunch hour if you want good and fast service. Never had a problem.
It was the only place opened for dinner (it was 10pm and everything was closed). The dishes were generous and very tasty. The only thing is that we ordered beers in happy hour and they brought them to us together (2 beers at the same time). Attention was perfect 👌🏽
Best place to visit, with family or friends. The ambience and the atmosphere at night is just wow !

Wendy was our server. They was short staff for sure and she was running around trying to make sure everyone was taking care of. The girl that ran the food , didn't ever come back with what we had needed. Food was cold but seen how much the server was trying to take care of everyone so just ate what we was giving. Hostess stood up front while could of helped clean tables but didn't. I've been a server so I'm very familiar with restaurant work. Wasn't any team work to help out the server or restaurant.
My husband and I are expecting and I was not well enough to go out and pick up our food. I called Torrie regarding if she could make a couple notes on our DoorDash order due to me being so sick and not wanting to make it worse. She was more than happy to and so attentive to detail. I’ve worked restaurant life, and it’s so hard to find people that genuinely care like she did and go above and beyond. She made my night and our little bean definitely appreciated the soup and this mama definitely appreciated being able to hold some food down (as I’ve been throwing up all week). Thank you Torrie! You so need a promotion or a raise girl! ❤️

My partner had a double cheeseburger and fries and said it was tasty. The burger is very, very large! For $15 it's a good deal of food. We had the chips and salsa which were very good, but gave me a tummy ache, maybe due to the spices, or the cooking oil, I don't know. The salsa wasn't particularly spicy, nor were the chips greasy, infact they were delicious and hot! They didn't bother my partner and I don't believe there was anything wrong with them. I had the sampler with sliders, southwest egg rolls, and mozzarella sticks. The southwest egg rolls were heavy on cumin and I had had them before and loved them, but didn't care for them this time. The sliders were amazingly delicious. The mozzarella sticks were just okay. We arrived just after opening and were seated immediately. The staff was courteous and helpful. The restaurant is right across from the Savannah Tanger Outlets and is easy to get to from there, and easy to return to as well. The restaurant is located in a strip mall with several other restaurants and plenty of parking available nearby.

Food was excellent. We had 2 for $25 which is a great deal. Service was slow due to being understaffed but our server, Synetra, was friendly, apologetic and really hustled. She took our order and next tables order and didn't write anything down and got everything correct. Kudos to her! We are from PA and have the same issue with restaurants being understaffed. If you can't be patient with the poor people that are showing up then stay home. Thank you for showing up today.
We now have a "favorite bar tender". Sat at the bar- obviously. Service was amazing! Food was good and the drinks never got empty even when the bar was slammed!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chili's in Pooler, GA, and it was a delightful experience. The atmosphere was inviting, with a vibrant yet cozy ambiance. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring a positive dining environment.
Great food and a wonderful waitress made the experience a 5 star! I ordered the mixed fajitas, and it was very fresh and well seasoned. Came with all of the sides and were also fresh.
I find myself at Chili's so often that it's probably safe to say it's one of my most preferred restaurants in Pooler, if not my top pick. Every visit consistently offers great service, and I'm always pleased with how quickly my food arrives. While it's hard to pick favorites from the menu, I must give a special shout-out to the chicken enchilada soup, bacon ranch quesadillas, and the very flavorful new Nashville hot chicken crispers. No matter how many times I dine here, I constantly find myself eagerly anticipating my next visit. It's a fantastic experience every time!
Everything is incredible every time we visit this location. The atmosphere is not a 5 ONLY because it is always freezing inside. Highly recommend this Chili's!
This is my favorite Chili's I've ever been too. The staff are well trained, knowledgeable, welcoming, friendly, and fast. Food is always 5 stars without question. The manager here, Orlando keeps the restaurant spotless and is a very hard working and nice guy.
