We definitely enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies we ordered for National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day! They were fresh, soft and yummy! The staff was extremely nice and professional. I loved the individually wrapped option. Which was a must for all the employees we have. Thanks Great American Cookies & Pretzelmaker for taking our order in such a prompt manner. The, who I believe was either the owner or manager, was there yesterday (I’m not sure if he’s always there or not as it was our first time ever there) but he was extremely nice! My son was upset bc he wanted a truck on his cookie, like they had on the big sheet cookies, and he offered to have them put one on the smaller cookie for him! Then my son changed his mind and got m&m cookie lol. But I GREATLY APPRECIATE that they would go out of their way to accommodate a 3yr old 🥰🥰🥰 !! We will definitely be ordering future birthday cookies here! Amazing cookies, good pretzels, clean and all around great. Thank you so much!
Best cookies on earth! Been going to Great American Cookies since I was a child. Brings back good memories every time I go. They are super consistent with the quality of their products. Awesome selection, great flavors and extremely helpful employees. We left our purchased cookies by mistake and the next day went to buy more and they recognized us and gave us the amount we purchased the day prior with no complaints. This is something refreshing that you don't see now a days. I will definitely go back .

The cookies are great. The peanut taste like my grandmother's. They are soft and moist. Was about to sample the blueberry cookie. It was better then a blueberry muffin I visited twice while in Pooler, GA for two days.
When your soon-to-be adult daughter wants a cookie cake you go here. They made it exactly the way I requested and had it ready on time. We enjoyed it while it lasted (which wasn't long). Thank you!
