Went today for our first visit with husband and very pleased. Very polite, patient and professional staff. The franchise owner not only greeted us as soon as we entered but explained the menu and took our order. Very nice. The restuarant is very clean and decorated with many humorous signs.
The sandwiches were made with delicious fresh vegetables and deli meat. No complaints at all.
Definitely would recommend this restaurant to friends and family. I should have taken a picture of the food but since it was so delicious it was quickly consumed. Will return with family.
Good sandwich and I do believe the gentleman who waited on me was the owner. He was very friendly and the sandwich was amazing.
Extremely fast at getting the subs out. Was actually surprised when the cashier handed the sub before I even go to sit down.
I was surprised by the customer service as well. Hello and goodbye, and they even came to our table to ask if our subs where good.
The sub itself wasn't the greatest but it was really good.
Note: It was at lunch time at 12 but place was not busy.
My wife and I came here for lunch with our four children this past Saturday on our way from FL to NC. A few days prior, my wife's purse was stolen, along with her phone, checks, cash, etc. We were traveling back home with a temporary card that kept getting cut off because of our bank thinking it was fraud. After ordering and going to pay, the card wouldn't process - again. The owner, Tim, saw my face and my wife and I just utterly worn down from the entire ordeal of being robbed, the travel and so forth. He just gave us the food. We felt so bad taking it but he was insistent. What an amazing person. We had lost a little faith in our fellow man. He helped bring some back. I'll be contacting corporate too but wanted to share this. Thank you!
We have ordered from this location on several occasions over the last 8 or 9 months. Not only are the subs good and fresh, but the delivery people are courteous and right on time. The "Totally Tuna" with sprouts, bacon, cucumber, and guacamole is incredible! The whole pickle is awesome too!
We love Jimmy John's. Although we'd probably eat there a whole lot more, if they'd deliver to our address. Since it even displays on their delivery order screens that the only address they are not allowed to deliver to is our exact address. Very disappointing since we're only 10 minutes away from their location. That's why the 4 stars. However, The food has always been very delicious!
First and only time there. Great food but the girl taking the order was a bit ditzy. I had a catering question and she didn't even know her bosses name. Gave me a photo number to corporate on a napkin. Would probably go back if I lived closer.
I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant. Good and freaky fast service. Relaxed atmosphere. Even bathroom comedy! I had the Italian Night Club on French bread. I also had a few freebies but I won't bother you with all that. Very clean. Everyone should definitely try this place. The sandwiches are 8" and 16" instead of 6" and 12". Price is the same if not lower than other popular sub shops.
I previously accidentally hit 2 stars instead of 5, not sure what happened but I just corrected this. We stopped by for lunch after church and ordered the Giant Gargantuan sandwich and it was great!!! The service was fast and exceptional.
Jimmy John's catered our sporting event and did an unbelievable job! They put together the sandwiches, labeled them for easy distribution and made the event even that much easier on us. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to host an event and looking for a sandwich caterer.
