Our server was kind, courteous, and friendly. The food was out of this world! We ordered Chips & Salsa as an appetizer, along with Boudin Balls. The salsa was spicy, with just the right amount of cilantro. The chips were warm and crunchy. The Boudin Ball was crispy on the outside and was well seasoned within. I ordered The Steak Quesadilla. It was full of mouthwatering steak and melty cheese. Every bite was a taste sensation, especially when I coupled it with the guacamole, Pico De Gallo, and ranch that came along with it. My grandmother ordered the fried fish & shrimp combo. She said it was amazing and full of flavor. I tried a piece of the fish, and I concur, it was tasty. Definitely will be going back. Just might be a place that I start frequenting more often. 2 THUMBS WAY UP!!! 👍

Tia Juanita’s never disappoints! Service was great. Cocktails were great. Food was over the top. Highly recommend the Tia Juanita grilled oysters. Also really great was the seafood enchiladas, grilled shrimp, and fish poor boy. Live music was excellent and added to the atmosphere. Highly recommend.

This is a family friendly location with good food and live entertainment. We were there on a Friday, there a large parking area but some of it is not paved. There are several handicap parking spots near the entrance. We were quickly seated and approached by our server, Caitlin. The drinks didn't take long and the food followed. All of the food was hot and very delicious.

Very lively and energetic atmosphere! We went on a Friday and they had live music in the back. To the left of the check-in is where you want to sit either in the bar or in the back section...IF you like fun! Try the fried ribs, seafood enchiladas and fish platter. FOR SURE. It was busy, so even though we were sitting at the bar, it did take us a while to get service for new drinks. That's understandable, but still.

First timer here. I'm intown for work. I love this place! I wanted to try a few appetizers being it was a little after lunch. Fried green tomatoes, half order raw oysters, boudIn balls....and the pleasure island teaser. It was all pretty good. My server was wonderful and so friendly. I am definitely making this my spot!

Great mashup of 2 cuisines I enjoy, Mexican and Cajun! They do it great here. Seafood, nachos, fajitas, boudain balls, fish, oysters, shrimp poboys, seafood enchiladas. I'm working my way through the entire menu one work trip at a time. They've got a great drink menu for cocktails, beers, or frozen beverages and they don't skimp on the alcohol that I've noticed... Or not noticed... Besides being huge and spacious to accommodate a lot of people, they have plenty of servers and great staff. Check their Facebook to see when they have live music, I've seen some great blues, country, and rock artists on a Wednesday or Thursday but they do stuff all weekend too! Don't skip this place, it's so good!

This place has an authentic feel. While it is definitely not fancy, it has a rustic feel that seems perfect. I had the blackened gator tacos and they were delicious. The portio of 3 tacos was just right, not too much and more than enough to make you feel satisfied. The service was friendly and attentive.

Have you ever been to a restaurant that has the most succulent, flavorful and tender beef fajitas? Oh, and every time you go there, the fajita’s have been consistently the same. It blows my mind to find a place like this. I’ve been to a lot of restaurants in the Golden Triangle. Tia Juanita’s has the best fajitas, hands down. No argument there. I get the Beef Fajita’s, with extra meat and a side of grilled veggies. If you haven’t got this yet, I strongly recommend it. Just let me know what you think in the comments. Service - Amazing as always and prompt. I ever have to flag someone down for a refill here.

We are new in this area, first time trying this place, read a lot good reviews on google before heading there. Dinner time on Saturday, the parking lot was full. We were lucky to get a table at arrival. We ordered enough food to feed 4 adults, just wanted to try different dishes, everything we ordered tasted freshly prepared and delicious, service was great also. They have a huge menu, will have to go back try something different.

I would highly recommend this place. We stopped in after a long drive and wow!!! The food amazing, mind you we made it in shortly before they closed and staff was cheerful and friendly after their long day. The gumbo and poboy were so tasty. My husband had the seafood enchiladas they were jammed packed with seafood and flavor. We will visit once more when we are in Port Arthur.

Spacious restaurant with a friendly atmosphere. I have come here for lunch multiple times and have always been sat immediately. It can get pretty busy at times so wait may be a little longer if you have a short lunch break. Food is always on point. Fish tacos are my go to.

Ousstanding!!!! Louisiana style food. We tried pistolette - it was cajun biscuits and gravy with étouffée. Dozen oysters on half shell were small but sweet. We also got new orleans bbq shirmp!!!! Wow so goooooood! Me like mucho!! Table mate had blackened redfish potutrain and he loved it. So i would rank this place a 11 out of ten! So fun

A family friendly restaurant great service and food. There was live entertainment during our dinner. No need to wear a suit, blue jeans, tee shirts or whatever your attire, have a seat. There plenty of parking around the building. As I am not an alcohol drinker, those in our party enjoyed theirs. Whenever I visit family again, I will make sure to visit. I love sharing as a Travel Advisor for my customers and clients

I dined with my family on yesterday and the service was great! Those fried ribs are Delicious!!! Man I mean that flavor was EVERYTHING!!! Our waitress was also great! I can’t remember her name, but it was our Moms 66th birthday. She was pretty cool and it’s always good to be treated well. I will be back, and the alligator bites and queso with spicy beef is great too!!! Thank y’all!

Excellent fun place to be! Food was great. Gumbo filled you up! Menu is really extensive and has all the local favs. Would like to see some peel and eat shrimp for appetizer. The bar is the best hang out place. Jay, our sever made some awesome recommendations and his friendly attitude wins him the gold star tonight. A little noisy but what do you expect of a fish house, packed to “the gills”!!!
