Just happened to be a Browns Game on...but we "mingled" well.....Good Food...Fair Prices...

Now that the new owner has fixed it up it's much nicer than before. However it isn't just what they put into the physical upgrades. The staff is way more attentive. Before it took 45 minutes to place an order, then forever to get a drink. Then we would have to hunt down someone to pay our bill!
We could see the servers hanging out by the register just talking with each other most of the evening.
This wasn't an isolated event. It happened every time we tried this place!
The food was less than mediocre (when they actually had food)! An example is their all you can eat pulled pork day...except they were out of pulled pork. This happened 3 weeks in a row. If you ordered a beer and then wanted another one of the same kind there was a good chance they would run out before you could order your second beer and I'm not talking about rare beers I'm talking about Bud Light!!!

Now it looks like they have their act together and my friends and I are happy about that. We were wanting something on this side of the bridge.
We are so happy with the new management we are planning to be there for New Year's!

Surprisingly large venue. The big stage area for the band is easily seen from anywhere inside. We were with a large group of nearly twenty, and they accommodated our growing group quickly and courteously. Our waitress was friendly and got all the orders spot on correct, complete with separate checks to the right people! Menu is pretty standard pub fare, but it was all readily devoured.
Wonderful venue. 1st time visiting, service was excellent, food delish, and drinks continually replenished. The band was excellent great visibility from everywhere. Bathrooms nice and clean. It was a great time. Will definitely be going again and add to our regular favorites.
What a amazing night Dueling Pianos was so much fun. The food was great and the service was outstanding staff is very friendly never had to wait for a drink. Very big venue with a huge bar. Bathrooms are very clean. We will return for American Made.
Went there for the first time, dinner and to listen to the band. Ordered fish sandwiches, one fried, one blacken. The blacken could have had more seasoning and we had to ask for the coleslaw. Other than that the food was good. We wanted to wait a while and just listen to the band before our dessert, but felt rushed.
Went again for just dinner, wife and I sat a bar, new higher priced menu. Philly steak sandwich and burger good.
Came out to the comedy show tonight from the outside you wouldn’t believe how big the inside of this place is. Food can be better but the drinks are really good. Prices are reasonable. Service was excellent and very friendly. Had a wonderful night.
We happened upon this place as it was near a stop we had to make. I was craving wings and when we went in they happened to have a special on them. I realized it was the same restaurant as a former one we used to go to for wings. They were nice and large and very generous with their sauce. We will definitely go back again.
Complete turn around from the last time I have been in food not as good but I will try them again. Lots of entertainment listed on their calendar. Bartender was very attentive and sweet I remember her from the old days. Can’t wait for football season.
Delicious food. Awesome atmosphere. Live music. We ordered a bunch of appetizers and ate family style. Wings, Mac and cheese bites, corn nuggets, quesadilla, personal pizza, chips and salsa.... Everything was amazing!!!
Found this place through talk around town, my boyfriend is a big Ohio Browns fan. They watch all the Browns games, and recently remodeled. Savannah waited on us this evening. The wings weren’t right the first time they came out. She sent them back to make sure they were cooked correctly. She seemed genuinely concerned that we weren’t happy, even though we were enjoying ourselves with the “Browns Backers” atmosphere. Honestly I have been disappointed lately by a few places in Punta Gorda who failed to deliver in customer service. Savannah was amazing! She was kind, attentive, and her customer service skills are too notch. We will definitely come back here for the Browns games, and to see Savannah. Keep up the good work Over The Bridge.
New place in town! Used to be Porky's... now it's been overhauled and reopened with lots of music, 11-7 Happy Hour, and food specials in addition to a pretty decent menu. Really enjoyed Dueling Piano tonight!
