First time that my wife and I went to this particular iHOP and we both loved it! Stephanie is a great server and the service was EXCELLENT! I had the Smoke House Special breakfast as it was very tasty and more than enough food. My wife has the Blueberry Pancake Stack and she raced about it all through our visit. We'll be back for sure! Happy hour 3 to 8 great deals. Cheryl was our whites and I have to say was absolutely wonderful great service very pleasant just a wonderful meal all around. Will definition go again for this happy hour and service !! I had the steak burger with cheese and bacon also a appetizer of poppers yum yum 😋
I want to give a huge compliment to the a.m. Sarah!! She was absolutely a sweetheart! Super personable to all her other tables and kept busy (server myself, can't help but notice these things)! I came solo and she made my brunch a great experience by just being her. Highly recommend her! Plus being a regular for years during evening, but never had such good luck with employees in the morning/ lunch time...I decided probably after 3ish years and a redo after hurricane to give it a shot. And I'm very pleased I did.
There is nothing that particularly stands out with this location of IHOP and that is probably a good thing. The service has been on point every time and the food is also okay. For some reason, this location in terms of atmosphere is not as laid back and relaxing as with others. You almost feel rushed and that's not what IHOP is supposed to be like.
Sarah is an awesome server! She made our day, even helped us navigate our IHOP app.
My only complaint is that somebody in this store needs to please please learn how to make some really good Southern SWEET Tea, please!

I love coming here, the staff is incredible and the food is always great. I get the 2 + 2 + 2 every time and I've never ever had it be anything other than delicious! Highly recommend
Same as most IHOP but must say this was a very nice experience everything very clean and service was fast and friendly
Awesome service. Pat was super busy but on top of her game. One of the employees goes around making balloon sculptures for the kids. Food was hot and excellent!

Im not big about reviews i always believe that you need to try it to like it but a situation happened to me that i needed to write. I had NEVER had any manager or anyone help me out like the ihope manager bobbi at the port Charlotte branch by Cochran the food was amazing like always. You definitely get more food always left over an im kinda fat so lots of food lol so today i had a little problem i went to pay (our waitress was amazing and sweet) oay the bill and my debit card got declined i had no idea why they were extremely nice about not rude at all surprising most people would be judging and temperamental not these ladys extremely polite and understanding. I had to call me bank and my card was put on hold (over an Amazon order) i was freaking out i mean i just ate thier amazing food but i couldn't pay at that time the bank needed me to come in and go over the statements so my kind server went to get mrs bobbi the manager and let me tell you she was the most genuine. Generous and forgiven and understanding she calmed me down im trying to leave my phone my information. I had the money just couldn't access it. This manager has no idea who i am or if i was just trying to get a free mean this women jad compassion and paid for my and my daughters meal she just wanted me to pay it forward i never met bobbi before and she was absolutely amazing and warm-hearted. The world would be amazing with more bobbis in it.. i was so terrified because i couldn't pay and a complete stranger of a manager was my knight and helped me .. bobbi i appreciate you and your staff. After i was done with the bank i did go back and left the girls a good tip because they definitely deserve it. So if your in port Charlotte fl. Stop at ihope it doesn't disappoint and the services is always amazing there its a homey feel .. bobbi deserves a raise and the staff too. Lol
Great service!! Had breakfast with Santa Claus on on top of giving a candy cane the place went out of their way to make sure they had a little present to give to the children as well!!! They also had a separate craft table for the children to do different crafts and color While they were waiting for breakfast!
I was visiting with my parents for vacation. My father mentioned the restaurant as we approached. Best brunch in years.
