Wow, best pho you can get. Knocked it out of the park on every level. All starts with the broth, which is amazing in taste and consistency.
I didn't have a menu so ordering wasn't as easy as it could have been if I had been able to give a menu item #; but it was fine and the man on the other end was more flustered than I was. Also, at pickup, the older lady was very nice. I think the people who complain about rudeness don't take into consideration differences in culture, but even without that, I found her very pleasant. Food was FANTASTIC! It was incredibly fresh and flavorful. Serving size was generous and the takeout container was stuffed. Bun salads at a lot of other places are 90% noodles, here it was about 40% noodles and the rest crisp vegetables and meat which I really appreciated. A perfect balance of texture. I wish we weren't just passing through. Definitely recommend giving this quaint place a try!

I love Pho and this is by far the best Pho broth of anywhere I’ve eaten. The food is always consistent and good.
