I frequent here and the breakfast is so good. I always have great service and my food is always great. Highly suggest Irene’s Baked Potato Omelet.
This is my favorite breakfast place in the area. The service is always AMAZING. They have extremely fair pricing, and offer many wonderful meals. Very welcoming/family friendly atmosphere. I eat here every week 🙂

Awesome breakfast at a fair price in a comfortable environment where conversation was actually possible! This was my first visit to Colonial Kitchen and I'm glad I decided to stop. I enjoyed the breakfast burrito very much. Great experience!
I miss Tammy already. She makes this restaurant what it is. She's the only reason we come here. The food is fine, it's diner breakfast, I like that, she also keeps the cook on pace. But Tammy is why we come here, my 2 yr old son was so disappointed not to see her today. Food comes out kind of slow but i never really cared because our visits were enjoyable. but now, Idk if I'd come back without her?

My daughter took me here for breakfast while I was visiting. It was great. The staff is very welcoming with their friendly and joking manner. I'm definitely coming back during my next visit.

Service was friendly and quick. We had a party of 11 family members with 2 kids under 2. My children of 8 and 10 enjoyed the pancakes and french toast. I had the breakfast sandwich on a bagel. The sandwich would have been better with more cheese.
This is by far my favorite place to eat in Kalamazoo. The food is superb! You get a very decent amount of food for a very good price. And we love Grace the waitress there. She is one of the best and nicest wait staff I've ever seen! Love this place!!!! Try it....you won't be disappointed!!!!!!!!
Colonial Kitchen has a good basic menu and is capable of turning out some tasty food. The six egg omelets are reasonably priced. Cheese blintz looked really good as did the pancakes. Have only had breakfast items there so cannot speak to lunch menu. Service was pretty good. Server was friendly and alert.

Great food and atmosphere. Service is so wonderful if you are lucky enough to have Grace or Shauna as your waitress you are guaranteed to be treated as if you were family. The owner is a lovely woman who puts her heart into everything. Highly reccomend!
My breakfast was served quick & the waitress couldn't of been nicer. So glad I stopped & I will again. Their sausage was very delicious. Great food & service!
