They're usually pretty good, but the staff does sometimes fall behind a little bit. Definitely the best Little Caesars in the area though.
Clean place with friendly staff and cheap pizza. Only pick up (no place to sit and eat). Pizza is good and you can order online and pick up in store and get a free 2 liter with promo code FREE2L when ordering online via the app!
This particular Little Caesars happens to be quicker than most of the others in town when it comes to service. The pizza also isn't over cooked like some of the other ones. The atmosphere feels professional like they have the understanding of not making people wait too long to get their orders. I can usually just go in and out quickly.
The employee was great she didn't do my pizza 🍕 right so she redid my pizza plus gave me a extra 10 for free and I can pick up anytime I want it . Now that's the service I can get behind. Thank you little ceasers
Sophia was working and she made my pizza. No surprise it's made right and delicious! She deserves a raise.
They do great with getting the pizzas out in a hurry, but as with any cheap and fast food, it just doesn't beat the quality you'd get spending money on more expensive pizza or making it yourself. Basically, you're getting what you pay for and I personally like the Little Caesars pizzas.

Earnest really went out of his way to help me out. Picked up a ton of pizzas for the family and he helped us get a good deal
The girl at the register was rude, had attitude, and not helpful. Their menu screens were all black when I came in. My son had a $5 gift card for his bday. I asked what is $5 or close to it. She said "nothing." Then I asked again close to $5, I can pay more. Then she replied the lunch is $5, but its 40cents extra. There was more rudeness from her. The lady in the back kitchen was nice and helpful and doing all the work. I felt bad that she had to work with the girl at the register. Anyway my son's pizza was made fresh and it was good although they forgot the sauce we asked for.
I love to use the Portal. I order online and get an email when the pizzas are ready. Simple, quick, and easy to use where ever we are. I just walk in, punch in my code and my pizzas are there. In and out in less than 30 seconds! Even when we travel little ceasers is a great option.
The little Caesar on westnedge in portage changed staff which was a very good move. I prefer to go to Schoolcraft location for my little Caesars. The pizzas seem to look alot better and taste better.
Nice staff and they seem to work quickly. The pizzas are always hot and the toppings are generously applied. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes in line during the busy hours which is great.
