I ordered a family meal and when I got home, I realized I only got 1/2 of the tenders it was supposed to come with. I called and spoke to Katherin. I was polite and told her I was missing tenders, but I got everything else. Without hesitation, she told me to come back and she would replace my entire meal. They did just that. Even though I had to go back and now have leftovers, :) I appreciate when they make it right and go above and beyond to keep your business.

Overall pretty amazing people working there.
Delivered to hospital for a friend visiting a patient at Kingwood who couldn't stomach the hospital food.
Adults supervising teens running the place.
Staffing problems looks like.
They are doing a pretty good job (food was all done right including biscuits and sides, order was correct,) but corporate needs to fix the communication system at the drive through (barely audible) and the manager needs to show the kids how to mix the frozen lemonade. It was way too syrupy sweet and not frozen. I had to take it back and get another. They were super nice about it.
I guess they run out of chicken or other food on a frequent basis?
I had to take all dark meat (not a huge issue, and understand due to dearth of transportation/drivers systemic problem in "Merica" right now.)
At the drive through, in fact, they even have (or had) an apologetic sign about "supplies running low."

Enrique the young man in the front was really professional when helping me with the coupons that I had online, he even amazed me when he communicated so well with his co workers. He kept me informed of when my chicken was going to be ready and the food was really good. Thank you.
Went in for a quick bite. I was so hungry and ordered a combo with dark meat.
The fries were on point. Chick not greasy. The dining room was clean and comfortable with TV going on. Place was sizzling but service time was not terrible.
