Always got our order right and food was edible. If you want to eat burnt or bad food go to the McDonalds in DeWitt.very friendly and good food in Portland
I love the new setup and touch screen. Plus the inside is very modern, friendly, and comfortable.
Great service, always is clean, sometimes is really busy but they handled well... parking always available... is a shame that they close at 1030pm.

Normal mcdonalds I go twice a week on my way to work. They've only gotten my order wrong twice in like over a year. So I'd say it's a good one.
Only stop here if you want awesome service. The woman who took my order had great vibes. Food was very nice, best mcds ive been to. Overall a W restaurant👌

Everytime I travel to Grand Rapids or come back from Grand Rapids, I stop at this location and order my chicken deluxe,and every time it's amazing, I do believe it's cooked fresh for me every time, I really wish I could say that for other McDonald's! Thank you so much, I will be stopping again when I come through again! Oh and I order chicken nuckkes for my dogs, I try them first, they are also good 👍.

My family and I stopped here during a roadtrip and the service was amazing. The restaurant is incredibly clean, we were greeted kindly and my toddler was even offered a free cookie. It was so nice to see a fast food team that takes such pride in their work. The management's hard work is clearly reflected.
This location can be very busy. This location is also participating in the human conditioning self service program with kiosks. Clean store and reasonable wait times.
