We went here for a late afternoon snack. It’s hard to tell from the exterior, but restaurant is pretty nice inside. I like the hams hanging from the ceiling. We got a couple charcuterie boards and oysters on half shell. I guess my only complaint is they shucked oysters, but didn’t remove oyster from shell. So took some effort to pop the oyster off and made a mess of it from my fork… other than that food is great and service is attentive

Absolutely delicious, extremely high-quality cured meats, cheeses and other local delights. Beautiful, open and airy setting with excellent, attentive service. Our server went out of his way to accommodate us in the kindest way. Their meats and cheese are also available for online order or take out - no excuse not to try it!

Tasty food. A bit unique, which is great, but would have loved a sweet wine/ drink option! A needed seasoning here and there, but overall very fresh and tasty.

So we already ate before coming here so we didn't get an opportunity to try their lunch menu. So we tried their beef tartrate and 3 cocktails. I really liked their high noon cocktail with the vodka base. It was the perfect balance of sweet. My bf had the old fashion and the mezcal cocktail - both were good but that mezcal drink was refreshing. Beef tartare was really good coupled with their bread 😋. We plan on coming back to try their lunch menu. Street parking available and atmosphere was very calm. Our bartender/server definitely took care of us.

There are a lot more hidden gems in the Central Eastside industrial district than most people realize, as the rough exteriors of these crusty, crumbling constructions conceals these treasures from untrained, unadventurous eyes. Olympia Provisions is one of the best examples of these sequestered sanctuaries: from the outside, this rugged rise of corn-colored concrete practically encourages you to look the other way as you pass by. Other than the easy-to-miss neon "restaurant" sign and the half-open sliding barn doors give any hint as to the wonderful things that await within. What are those things, you may ask? A singular selection of craft cocktails and charcuteries, with all manner of cold cuts and cheeses, shareable sides, and hearty entrées both small and large, all served up in a classy, "secret-speakeasy-meets-deli-counter" ambiance that transports you away from the fragged-and-tagged downtown dystopia just outside its walls. My wife and I split the Italian charcuterie board, as well as a three-cheese selection (choosing a bleu, a goat and a sheep's milk manchego), a glass of crisp, dry white Jacquerre, and a "Terra Incognita" mezcal cocktail: light, citrus-y, and satisfyingly strong and sour. Charcuterie boards are all the rage these days, and Olympia Provisions capitalizes on this trend with profound, potent and pungent proteins of all peculiarities. Our Italian board consisted of two fantastically thick, hard salamis, nice spiced mortadella (with a curiously "autumn" flavor profile; try it and you'll understand what I mean), a juicy Italian sausage that would be very welcome on any breakfast or brunch menu, an assortment of olives, and a robust, fragrant, semi-soft spreadable Taleggio. And baguette slices, of course. Our cheese plate was an exceptional edible arrangement of various tastes and textures, from the smooth and bitter bite of the bleu, the soft and spreadable goat, and the dense but delightful sheep's milk manchego, which was reminiscent of a hard cheddar, and my personal favorite, particularly when paired with the similarly stout salamis. Although, truth be told, the best thing about charcuterie is mixing and matching each element to discover new and exciting flavor combinations, and there was no configuration of these ingredients that disappointed in any way. Finding what works for you is part of the fun! This Olympia Provisions location is a perfect example of why you should never judge a book by its cover, as doing so would deprive you of some truly impeccable edibles, cunning cocktails, an enchanting environment, and stellar service. Don't knock the best butcher on the block (and among the best in the whole city)!

Truly an institution — never disappoints after numerous visits over many years. Come for the cured meats, tinned fish, cheeses, creative cocktails, good wine, and some of the best sandwiches in the game!! The craftsmanship here is top notch, I only wish I lived closer.

This is one of our favorite restaurants when we’re in Portland. Ask to be seated in the atrium area if possible. The quality of the ingredients and simple menu are perfect for sharing. The portions may look small but they are actually so filling. I think there were only 4 or 5 servers today who were run off their feet but service was still great and as usual lunch was excellent! I definitely recommend the Italian charcuterie board, radicchio salad and bloody Marys. Hubby loved his pickle and cheese sandwich.

Food was top notch. Service was great!!! We’ve ordered the Italian plate, the grilled vegetables, pasta, baked fish, clams and octopus. My favorite was the clam and the grilled carrots. I usually don’t eat carrots, but the fire grilled carrots was so good, that is brings out the sweetness of the vegetable, the outside is caramelized sweet and crispy. I would love to comeback and just eat some 🥕🥹

Wife and I decided to try something new for dinner. We dined at Olympia Provisions Public House. Had the chef’s tasting menu. The food is small farm and locally sourced. Each dish had its own unique flavor. Only the freshest ingredients used to prepare each dish. The hospitality service made the entire dining experience pleasant and enjoyable. Everyone was super nice 😊 I absolutely enjoyed this dining experience. Food served: garlic soup, charcuterie board with house made smoke meats, fresh raw oysters from Washington state, braised raab & chicories, short ribs, Manila clams, and seasonal sorbet for dessert.

The food here is always amazing. We've gone for brunch and dinner. We always order the majority of the menu, because well we just want to try everything. We are never disappointed either. The food, the drinks, the service, and the atmosphere are all top-notch! You truly can not go wrong with anything you order from there. And it isn't your typical say Eggs Benedict, they put their own twist on it. Oh, and a charcuterie board is a MUST! I mean, they are known for their sausages. We try and visit every time we come to Portland, which is at least once a year. Male a reservation and stop in you will not be disappointed.
