I've been here several times for lunch and they do not disappoint! I try something new each time and its always delicious. The kids love the play area they have here and their kids meals are perfect. The kids also love watching the fish tanks. Definitely one of our favorite local restaurants! We're loyal customers now :)
We came here for a group happy hour outing as it was a very convenient location for us. The interior is spacious and well decorated. The service here is quick and attentive. They were able to accommodate our large group and made sure we were all taken care of. I did enjoy my drink and some of the light snacks that we ordered.
A fantastic little spot in the downtown area to go with friends and share a few plates. The staff were all very kind and helpful with menu recommendations. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was very fun with its unique seating options. Pricing was decent and the food solid, the squid was quite good. Glad I went, though I likely wouldn’t go again.
I stumbled into this place almost 2 years ago on a Portland trip when I was super hungry, and it was so great that I had to come back again. Last time I got the beef bulgogi bowl, which was delicious, and a midnight mimosa. This time I got the larb gai tod and a midnight mimosa, and my friends got the takoyaki, the tomyum chashu ramen, and the million dollar ramen. Everything this time was sooooo good. I'm so glad they still had the midnight mimosa. For the price, super reasonable and yummy. The decor is also so cute! Highly highly recommend!!
We hosted a 27-person luncheon here with family and friends. They were able to fit our group in one long table which was impressive! They prepared a buffet style lunch for us with two entrees and two appetizers. Everything was set up and ready when we arrived. The food was delicious and service was prompt. The kids loved playing in the play area while the adults chit chatted. I’m glad I went with Buranko for our special lunch. They really catered to our needs. I would recommend them for any special occasion or regular dining!
This cafe is so adorable, and the food is great! There is even a little play area for kids. It reminded me of some of my favorite cafes in Japan and Korea. 😍♥️
This place needs more love.
We came here on a whim not expecting that much and mainly came for the nice ambiance but the food was really something special.
We got the Orange chicken which was a nice surprise. They tanginess is just the perfect amount and the chicken is very tender with the perfect amount of crunch.
The side of chicken gyoza was done perfectly and the sauce it came with was delightful. Finally the Korean Seoul Bowl was just what i was looking for. Perfect amount of chicken to rice ratio and the spicy level was great.
The service was very nice and they are attentive enough without feeling over bearing. They even have a nice little play area for children.
Perfect date spot because of the egg chairs which my girlfriend loved.
Please do yourself a favor, come here ASAP.
Very cute and friendly restaurant! We ordered a tea and the Blueberry Fizz, which was really yummy. We got crab rangoons as appetizers hahah and it was not bad at all. For entrees, we got the Million Dollar Tom Kha Ramen and Beef Bulgogi. I definitely recommend the ramen, the soup was so delicious and they actually give you a good amount of shrimp! The beef bulgogi rice was yummy, but the meat was a bit dry in my opinion. They also have a kid-friendly area for playtime, which is good for families!
Buranko Cafe is a fusion Asian restaurant and bar serving comfort food from various countries including Japan, South Korea, Thailand, and more. We went in because we saw a lot of cool chairs, and it had an "outdoor patio" vibe, although it was inside. They don't turn on the air conditioning, so it may be too warm for most people. There's a children's play area as well, so this could be good for families.
