One of my favorite places to sit and read or work. Free Wi-Fi and plenty of outlets. It's open and bright. It's always very clean too. Good drinks, but the food is lacking. I usually just get a bagel. The staff is always very friendly and helpful.

Just such a quaint and adorable little place. Very LGBTQIA forward and friendly, the staff was amazing and helpful. There are gluten free and vegan options available with many coffee options to choose from.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops. Everyone is nice, the lattes are cute and delicious. It can be a little slow, but it's great for just working or reading when you're not in a rush. Perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee on a weekend. Masks required. Indoor and outdoor seating available.

Always awesome folks. I've always felt welcomed and met with kindness. Great coffee. Their food pre Covid was more robust and diverse. It's fairly simplified now. It can get really busy and you may or may not have a spot to sit. Rotating art on walls is a nice touch.

I liked this place! So inclusive and LGBT friendly. Great pastries, nice coffee, open space. What’s not to like?

Rain or Shine has been a fixture on Division for about 10 years now, with a temporary Covid shutdown and a change in management for their reopening. They currently appear to have limited outdoor seating and order-at-the-window service for to-go items. I don't drink much coffee, but this is exactly the kind of place I seek out when I do. Straightforward drink menu, and the website indicates that they're now serving Henry Higgins bagels, so that's a good sign that they remain committed to quality.

Great customer service, Very accommodating and helpful. Good morning place w/lots of GF options; I had the bread pudding which was slightly on the dry side but w/a ton of whipped cream 😋

Welcoming and friendly staff! The matcha latte I got was good and oh so pretty and the grilled cheese with avocado and turkey was YUM. It was a bit busy when we were there and a little tough to nail down a spot with the toddler (the tables round thre windows are too tall for the high chairs they had so we took some space up at one of your two communal tables). There's a little nook with a bunch of kid books, which was cool. As I was leaving grabbed a drip coffee to go, as I always try the plain coffee as a sorta tell if I'll go back. So, if I'm on that side of town for anything, I'll go back!

My absolute favorite cafe in all of Portland! The staff is very friendly and if you come often they remember you and your “usual” order. They offer quick service and have a really nice environment for you to come and get work done on your own or larger tables for groups.

Cute little coffee shop, didn’t try any of the coffee options because it was late in the afternoon, but ordered a matcha latte & it didn’t disappoint. Great vibes inside, lots of art displayed on the walls, and employees were super nice.

One of our favorite coffee shops in Portland! Right next to Mt. Tabor, so a great place to grab a coffee and a bite on the way to the park. I absolutely love their everything bagel sandwiches, and their marionberry pop tart is *chef's kiss.*

Cool little coffee shop. I haven't eaten here, but the coffee is good. The cardamom coffee is tasty. Friendly staff, warm atmosphere.
