Went for dumpling week. The dumplings were amazing, but a very small portion. The atmosphere was very nice but also warm. Bar service was slightly slower than it could have been.

The BEST BURGER ever!! I have had burgers at multiple restaurants/food carts known for their burgers in Portland and other places and this has always come out top. The burger patty is juicy and flavorful. The ratio of bun to patty is perfect. The crispy fingerling potatoes fried in truffle oil on the top just adds to the flavor. A thing of beauty!!

I got the poke, the nega roll, and the burger at happy hour as well as a strawberry-basil infused sake! (They have a seasonal infused one) I've been here a few times, and it's always good food and good service. On the pricey side, but happy hour is well worth it!!

The Yakuza burger is a must try. It is unlike any other burger. Just the right size with flavors that blow your mind. Add an egg if you're feeling extra! The sushi here is outstanding. I'm counting the minutes until my next visit.

Really enjoyed the cocktail selection and the friendly service. The bartender offered up a custom ‘surprise me’ cocktail which hit the spot. The food came out round after round, each dish fresh and plentiful.

Very minimal menu, but understand why. The sushi we had was excellent, and the burger is pretty good. Love the outdoor patio in the back. I was satisfied.

We were Recommended to come here by a friend and everything was 10 out of 10. The service was awesome and actually really fast, we got our drinks right away and our food didn’t take more 10 minutes. It was a Friday evening but they weren’t super busy and chef Devin was the best. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is top notch. Food and drinks were very good, I highly recommend the fried chicken karaage and I loved their daiquiri. Will definitely be back!

First came here 3+ yrs ago. One of our favorite places in our NE neighborhood. Unlike several restaurants that have been inconsistent we can honestly say we've never had anything bad here. Food is always great. Small plates, reasonably priced for the consistently high quality - delicious. You can go here whether you're vegetarian or not. Great sushi selection. Tasty ribs & nice salads. Pleasant inside or out back on patio. Service great. Good place for a date, out of town guests or quick bite. I saw the ratings for Yakuza & thought I have to speak up. Our server was Erin tonight told her we'd give em a shout on line.....

This place was amazing! The servers were kind and friendly. The atmosphere was nice. We got seated out in the back, and it was nice and chill. All the food was amazing, however, the Yakuza burger was probably the best part. It is hands down the best burger I've had in Portland, and the price for it was really good as well!

The food was absolutely incredible, and prices were more than fair. Wait times on even basic dishes were incredibly long. Although we were warned on arrival, I take issue with the fact that none of my party's food came out together. There was often a more than 10 minute gap on plates, even for orders of the same dish. start to finish, drinks and dinner for our party of 7 was about 90 minutes. The food and service were worth it, but the timing was, overall, strange. I would still recommend to anyone.

Delicious modern Japanese food. The edamame was perfectly prepared, the fried chicken was amazing, and the sushi rolls were tasty and satisfying. Excellent service and cocktails too. The menu is small but very tight, which is welcome to me these days. Definitely worth the drive. It's why people live in Portland.

The food and atmosphere was great. Our favorite was the Poke bowl. It was light and flavorful with lots of fish and avocado. The burger was also really good with a little bit of spice. The only recommended change would be to add a little sauce to the Karage chicken. The Portland dining month options looked great too.
