Best as I can tell this is as authentic a spot as can be found in Portland. Their Bun Bo Hue is so good I still haven't tried anything else yet!

Fresh, tasty and great service. We showed up with a really large group (12?) and were accommodated nicely. My dish was good and I tasted some of a friend's. Fantastic all around. I will be back. Unfortunately I don't remember the names/numbers of what we ordered. I had beef and shrimp vermicelli, my friend's was some huge combo with shrimp paste, sugar cane and more. See photos. Yum.

Pho An is a classic Viet diner with the classic menu for those in need of authentic Viet cuisine. Food is fresh, menu is full of great recipes and you'll leave here totally satisfying. The nem nuong is awesome as is the traditional pho offerings. Place is a bit dated, but don't let that stop you. Some of the best Vietnam food in the PDX area.

Pho was really good. I had it with the brisket. Boyfriend ordered the Pho with duck. Came with hindquarter. Leg and thigh. Fall off the bone tender. Busy place. Table service. Complimentary tea is served.

The broth is deep, complex and very savory. The meat to noodle ration is perfect. Affordable and so satisfying. Very friendly service and our soup came out almost immediately. We noticed a few other dishes going out that looked really good. Excited to explore the menu here!

Foods are actually good. Beware of the soup though. They put too much of MSG that I drank 2 big glasses of water after that. Try their fried chicken and rice, this is very authentic!

Portland has too many inauthentic pho restaurants, luckily this isn't one of them. The broth was tasty and just perfect for a rainy day. Prices are affordable and the portions are reasonable. If you don't know what to order, Pho with brisket and roundeye steak is a safe yet tasty bet. Also, order the salad rolls.

Good parking, good location, amazing noodle texture, good tasting meat and LOTS of meat. Got the special, 12$ quite large. Only negative is the soup broth felt a bit boring after a bit.

My wife (Vietnamese) and I love this place! We have been to several pho restaurants in PDX and have found this one to be the best by far, the broth is phenomenal! The Com Tam is the best! Don't be surprised if you see me here, because we eat here at least once a week. Saturdays and Sundays are usually very busy, but we don't mind because the pho is the best!

I've been coming here since I was a child, so slight bias. I think it's the best of the Phó restaurants in that area. I only ever get the giant everything bowl and salad rolls, but those always satisfy my need for cow soup and peanut sauce (salad rolls are a delivery method for peanut sauce.). I don't know what I meant to write on that photo. I was really drunk and stoned.
