First time Egg Carton customer and now, lifetime supporter! Wow! I ordered The Popeye and substituted the Canadian bacon for avacado. What a masterpiece of flavor! All food should taste this good. Best biscuits I've ever had too! I'm from Roseburg and this is now on my "must stop" list whenever I come up. Thank you for entertaining my taste buds!
The Hot Mama Benedict was insanely good. My husband had the special called the Pickled Goat and I can say it was one of the best breakfast sandwiches either of us has ever had. We will definitely be headed back for the amazing food and friendly service.

What do I love about the egg carton? Everything! Seriously- I'm a repeat customer and have tried so many of their menu items. I am never disappointed. From the hot mama to the rosemary sweet potatoes to the homemade biscuits and gravy. Can't go wrong. Enjoy!
Eggs Benedict from scratch, really good. Going to have to try one of their unique dishes next time. Stay tuned
Delicious egg sandwiches! Loved the biscuits & jam, too. Skip the long brunch wait and cozy up on a picnic table next to this dear little food truck.
The famous FoPo Cristo is to die for. Delicious! Eggs Benedict was the best I've ever had. We will definitely be returning.
Hands down the best breakfast in Portland!! Every time we are there we have to get our Egg Carton fix!! Love the food and the owners!!
Biscuits and gravy! Soooo good! Portland is a food town. I was only there for 4 mornings. I hit this place twice. Nuff said.
Every time I visit my daughter I want to eat here. Tried Eggs Benedict for the first time really delicious
I highly recommend the biscuits and hot mama gravy, and the Ronald sandwich. That's it until I try more stuff.
Can't wait to go back. The Famous FoPo Cristo was so delicious. What's next!?
Very good place to eat. Tim and Sara are the best. Wonderful food and good variety.
Went for the first time last Sunday Ron loved the Hot Mama sausage sandwich loved it and got another one! I had a home made biscuit and jam yummy!
I am waiting for them to open now to try eggs benidict getting Ron 2 more Hot sausage sandwiches
Quickly becoming my favorite brunch spot, their biscuits are heavenly and the eggs Benedict was so delicious (don’t forget the sweet potato home fries) .. I’m still wary of indoor dining so the covered outdoor seating was welcome though it would be nice to have some space heaters on chilly mornings. I tried their blueberry vanilla jam which was so good and overheard the couple next to me bought jars of jam to take home on a flight :)
This was the perfect spot to pick up a breakfast sandwich on my way to work. I called in my order and they had it ready by the time I arrived (10min). There is a covered eating area if needed. My sandwich was incredible, I got the Belmont (Canadian bacon, raspberry jam and goat cheese). Cannot wait to come back!
Edit: came back and had another incredible sandwich, it was ready in 5min and our whole group loved their food.
Legit the best breakfast sammy I’ve ever had. Home made biscuits are to die for. This pic is of the Belmont, one of my favs but anything on the menu is always great. The ppl working here are so nice and hardworking. Wait isn’t bad and just goes to show how popular this place is. Thanks 👍🏻
These were the best breakfast sandwiches we’ve had in Portland since moving here in 2020! The biscuit was just right, and the mix of flavors and textures on the fried egg sandwiches were inspired. We’ll be regulars here for sure.
We learned about this food cart from the food network show, Chopped. The owner was competing on it and when she spoke about her cart in Portland we had to try it out. Certainly didn't disappoint. Homemade biscuits were amazing, the breakfast sandwhiches were deliciously messy. The sweet potato and rosemary were unlike anything I've ever had. So good. Definitely recommend checking it out.
Benedicts were pretty good, but not spectacular, for a food cart they do pretty well, we got breakfast without a wait on a weekend in Portland.
That said... as you can see from the picture they're really not even trying with the presentation. It's cool you get it on a real plate, props for that. The Hollandaise was probably above average, the eggs were cooked correctly, I honestly don't have anything to complain about. But, I left kind of hungry, after spending $9 on a plate it would have been nice to get something like hashbrowns or fruit, or SOMETHING included with the Benedicts as is industry standard. Also got the Fo-Po, which again stood alone, and the mustard was over-powering on that dish. Probably won't be back.
Dropped in here out of the blue, never heard of it before. They had a good menu and they have homemade biscuits but I just asked for a basic bacon egg and cheese on a biscuit. Came with cheddar, egg was over medium (if you don't have just a little bit of runny yolk it just isn't worth it) which is perfect and good crispy bacon. They got really busy just as I showed up, told me 20-25 mins which is fine. It's a small place, you have to give the benefit of doubt. Because of that, my sandwich was half cool..not cold, cool but it no affect on my score. Food was delicious. Didn't need any salt, pepper, ketchup, plenty of flavor. They will definitely be on my rotation when I'm working in the area. Great job guys.
This food truck is an absolute gem, and perfect for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. The prices are very affordable and the food is fresh, delicious and made with real, natural, ingredients. I could not have realized such awesome food could be made in a small food truck, but these people have done it!
