It was a grey and rainy Saturday afternoon in the Rose city when suddenly, Google suggested me to visit Que Bacano! It was like the sun came up just to give me an Arroz Atollado. Try it! You will love it! The picture does not show the egg that I had already devoured. And… it has fried plantains!!! Also, I find the portion sizes quite generous. Excellent place! Will definitely come back!

I tried the "Picada Colombiana" and it was good. In my opinion it had very little chorizo but the taste was good. This food truck has tables outside and very good music and service

The cheese bread is amazing! Almojabanas is the name. They also have a guava and cheese filled one but they were out of it. The empanadas were ok. Nicely filled and crispy fried shell. Not my favorite style of empanada but still good. You can sit outside or in the building. Definitely coming back for the Almojabanas.

Good Colombian food. We really liked the arroz mixto and the arepas. They were also super friendly. Wanted to mention that this is a food truck parked along other latino food trucks. This lot has Colombian, Peruvian, Puerto Rican, Cuban Mexican food. They have outside and indoor seating. The indoor seating is inside the market where you can find other shops like a small supermarket, coffee shop, smoothie, carniceria or meat department. The Colombian bakery inside the market has super delicious pastries, we loved the guava and cheese pastry. Overall great latino/Hispanic place.

Excellent Colombian food, tasty, We ate ajiaco, almojabanas, maduros, arroz con pollo. They are friendly, also play Colombian music, so we danced on the street. Thank you for being there.

Ajiaco is a most delicious soup in the word.Of course, it preparation at "Que Bacano" is nearest of the taste you would taste in "Las Margaritas", famous restaurant in Bogotá, Colombia's capital. Also, the "arroz con pollo", "maduro", "empanadas", "almojabanas","patacones" etc., etc., are spectacular at "Que Bacano", at Portland Mercado in Portland, Oregon USA.

Estofado de carne - 100% delicious, every time!! Comes with good plantains too. I get it on medium spicy (3) and it’s my favorite dish from the whole pod at the Mercado. I’ve never had anything like it!

I don't know anything about Colombian cuisine, but what I can tell you is that "Que Bacano!" serves delicious meals. If all Colombian food is this good, I need more Colombian food in my life. Good portions, and great food!

Love this place! For all my Colombian people, this is the place to go for all your cravings! My family and I have tried almost the whole menu and nothing disappoints! My go-to favorites are Empanadas, Arroz con Pollo (which is amazing to find in Portland because its hard to find in any restaurant in Colombia, its usually a home cooked dish), Maracuya Juice in Milk and Pollo Criollo! Seriously you will not be disappointed!
