They make The best sandwiches in all of Oregon . And they're smoked meats and pepperoni once you have it you will go no place else. And they are some of the nicest people you want to meet . I rate them at a plus on everything they do. Next time you want a Subway don't go to sausage kitchen. They know how to make a real sandwich

Always wanted to stop here, such a good reputation. Now I know why. Aside from the game processing and fish smoking, they also have a secret weapon... ...the sandwiches we had today were the best deli sandwiches we have had in a long time. Also the pepperonis they make are exceptional. ...that friggin sandwich, so well seasoned, and the soft sourdough fresh bread... wow. Hit and miss for lineups, we got in immediately, then 15 people piled in behind us but they got served quick too.

Deserves 10 stars but all I get is 5. Best pepperoni on the west coast—I drive from Beaverton to stock up cuz it’s that good. Quality product under quality ownership. Support your local butcher 🤘🏻

Now called "Wurst House", great makeover, amicable/friendly/ obliging staff. Fresh meat counter top self, new take on some standby wurst/brats, great selection of European brews. Definitely a step up in product & customer service(business now takes plastic) ***** Support Your Local butcher, they're the best of the Wurst !!!

Try the delicious jalapeño and cheese sausage. This one in next - Cinghiale, a Tuscan inspired sausage.

Good butcher block style sandwiches. Great dried/cured meats. Best pickled sausages I've had and in multiple flavors, which I've yet to see. They also do full service large/small game processing, including fish, but I can't speak to that service.

I have been taking my game meat to you guys for years. I recently moved to Montana about 6 years ago, and anytime I shoot an elk or deer we always drive it back to you guys to do summer sausage and pepperoni. You have always been great in meeting our time frame demand. This year I brought in a mule deer buck and had summer sausage and pepperoni made. As usual you were able to meet our time frame demand. However this year you guys out did yourself on the quality and taste. It was the best I have ever recieved as far as taste and quality. YOU NAILED IT!!! It is delicous. Absolutely fantastic as far as taste, in fact I have given some to my friends and they will be showing up in the coming years for the same. Way to go guys Thank you so much. -Long time customer Bryon

OK it's been,perhaps, 20 years? since I've been here, buying sausage, jerky.... I give them five stars for remembering their great meat to this day, and the old style sausage/ smokehouse, meatshot% butcher shop...however you wanna look at it, it's quality proper meats. Store bought meat just isn't all there, primarily.

This is now the Wurst Market. The new owners are great. Fantastic selection of premium steaks, pork belly, etc. Highly recommend, delicious ingredients await you.

Kinda spendy but ya get what ya pay for excellent steaks the guys were fantastic special cuts no problem ran to the cooler "how's this" he says outstanding rib eye! pepperoni,brats you name it, Top Shelf ,,!!
