Loved the oysters. The decor and food says upscale. So far we have only dropped by to get a bite as we hopped, but at some point we do have to get dinner here since it looks so good. The small bites make a good tapas menu if you just want a snack. The dining room in the back would be a good businesses or date night place. The bar in the front is really nice with the large windows and exposed brick, dark wood. The bartender is really nice, and has good suggestions.
Good beer and wine selection. Fantastic atmosphere in a gorgeous, low-lit renovated space with exposed old beams. Choice of seating offers something for everyone - convivial bar and high tables, casual low lounge, or fine dining in the back. The happy hour oysters are a steal, especially as they were some of the best I've ever had.
Very nice little restaurant. Simple foods, good service, fair prices. We stopped by for lunch while waiting for a train. I had fish tacos which were made with very fresh fish and great flavors including guacamole and other condiments. Very tasty! My wife had the roasted beet and pear salad which was very lite, crisp and tasty. Nice lunch and will go back if we are in the area.
The interior space is great. With a back dining room capable of accommodating larger parties, you can spring for the fancier menu items or enjoy a classic like the Velvety Mac & Cheese. I've attended a happy hour networking event, enjoyed some delicious drinks, and sampled excellent appetizers.
I really enjoy Davis Street. It has a hip modern tavern feel to it. The bar staff can pour a mean cocktail, making this a great place to grab a nice drink before getting buck wild at a show at the Roseland. It also is a great place to have a quiet dinner with friends and/or that special someone. Entrees are bit on the pricey side of things but their late night menu is a fantastic way to get a late meal.
This place had a great happy hour! Their portions were larger and food was well worth the price. They didn't offer a lot of drinks on their happy hour menu, beer and wine only, but they had an impressively large cocktail list.
Service is great. The bartenders and wait staff are honestly some of the nicest in town. Beer and wine selection is great, though I personally haven't tried the food. Major plus: FREE PARKING!!!!
This is a good place to come for a classy, yet simple happy hour. I've only been here a few times, but each time I have not been disappointed. They have a decent happy hour menu and the service here was pretty good.
I may or may not have gotten overly excited when I had the burger here. It was magical. The tequila mixed drinks were yummy and those shoe string fries are addictive!!!! TIP: Happy hour!!!
Great space, historic building, broad wine and beer menu, decent food.
Great lunch spot. It's the ambiance that makes this place a terrific venue for socializing or business
Iv been here a few times and the food and drinks were excellent. the locatin is also great as a jumping off point to either the pearl or downtown. the only downside is that it is pretty expensive.
Food is wonderful. Have had the mussels a few times because they were so good. Fantastic service and warm wood interiors.
Scallops are excellent. Drinks are good. Short rib and tuna sandwiches were disappointing. Bland and tasteless.
Food is good although it really depends who is cooking. Service can be good but I've been there a couple times but it seems that a lot of the staff is pretentious.
I stopped by and had a burger and beer. They were both solid and the service was good. A little pricey but ok.
this is one of the best resturants ive ate at in a long time, has very "down to earth" food that tasts like a "fancy" place but still gives you a healthy serving size.
