I walked in and stated what I wanted. The cashier worked hard to find me a cheaper price for what I wanted to get and even before I paid, they had my sandwich ready. I was in and out of there in less than 7 minutes. It was wonderful, friendly, fast and with working down town and only a 30 minute lunch, this was so helpful. Thank you so much for being considerate of my time.
I got the Giant Italian Sandwich! This was my first Jimmy John's experience while visiting Portland. Was very filling, fresh and great flavors! The downtown location was accessible, clean and service was excellent!
Jimmy Johns Has a Horrible Taste in Music (Mostly), and the Radio is Always So Loud That I Can't Even Hear Myself Think. But Other Than That I Have Nothing Else to Complain About, The Food Is Always Top Notch and Delicious Beyond Compare. If You Want Good Deli Style Food Then Visit Jimmy Johns. But If You Can't Stand the Loud Music Then Just Get it to Go. You Will Not Be Let Down By the Quality of Food Here.

Jimmy Johns is a sub shop. Better quality than subway. However expensive. Service was great. Rich the manager did an awesome job with customer service. Great Lunch spot downtown Portland.
They closed the location by the timbers stadium so I called this location so see if they deliver to 21st. They said they don’t but the driver would do it for us today. They knew how badly we needed these sandwiches to cure our hangover. They went above and beyond the call of duty. They deserve a raise.
These dudes are quick! Before I can finish paying and grabbing my bag of chips, they've got my sandwich wrapped and ready for me. I always get a nice, warm welcome when I stop in and the food is really good. Make sure to say, "Add hot pep" to get the hot peppers they offer.
The place it good not super busy but the sandwiches are awesome. Would definitely go there again sometime.
