Stopped for a quick bite to eat, seems like the restaurant is closed to the public during Covid but the drive-through is opened. Pretty busy place but seemed to steadily move. The person taking my order and handing me my food was awesome. This person didn’t seem to give me a choice but to put a smile on. Their attitude was was not only super kind but also shared happiness and fun - WHAT A TALENT!!! Anyways, my order was accurate and good as well!
The drive-thru seemed to be in very good order. They also did well answering a couple of questions. I needed to know what time they closed which by the way is either 11:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m. and had to comment on the fact that chicken quesadillas are too expensive and five layer burritos with a tortilla as one of the layers is not cool. In fact those two things are what brought the Stars down to three but the response from the window guy brought it back up to four.
Great customer service via drive through. Nacho Belgrade was bigger than I thought it would be

The Taco Bells that I've visited throughout 2021 are struggling. I first noticed that they were having a hard time getting staff. Then I noticed that when going to a Taco Bell they'd start by announcing what they are out of... I'm thankful for what they have, as most their supplies are floating in the ocean offshore. Remember, they are doing their best. I ordered a diet Coke with my meal. This Taco Bell was out of ice. I was like...ummmmm, because I had a 20 minute drive home. She said "I can put it out on the ledge??". I said "that's okay". When I got to the window, there it was out on the ledge in the cold. She said "don't worry about it...I didn't charge you". [awe].I grabbed the drink, went to put it in my cup holder, but it was full...full of a half cup of ice from the other Taco Bell!!. I showed her "Hey I got ice!". She put her head down and just laughed.
