Fantastic! It started with a wonderful server named Stephanie. She taught me how to eat my first raw oyster. It was great! The lobster roll was perfect. The fried onion rings are huge. The scallops were great. Apple pie was a great ending!

So delicious. Best grilled Atlantic Salmon I've ever eaten in a restaurant. Clean, unassuming, comfortable, excellent service, moderate prices for generous portions. Our waiter, Stuart was absolutely the best. Front of the house manager, Susan, was warm and attentive even as she cleared dishes and subbed for the dishwasher who called in sick at the last moment. If I lived in Portland I would be a regular.

Service was excellent! Efficient, Friendly, accommodating, and kind! We had lobster rolls and they were delicious! Definitely stop by when you’re in Portland. It’s close to all the shops too! Susan was amazing and even suggested a place to visit which we did and that was amazing too! Yummy!

Born in Boston and have lived in Maine 26+ years. Yesterday was my VERY first time I've eaten a lobster roll. I'm VERY happy to say first experience was DELICIOUS. Your employees was also very pleasant. Thank you

First time in the area and Lily was a delightful server. Lobster stew and shrimp cocktail was a 5 star along with the crab roll. The brown butter lobster roll wasn’t the best but was tasty, a solid 4.

My sister and I got the best of both worlds when we ordered fish and chips and clam chowder. We asked for a second bowl to come with our clam chowder, and instead the waitress came out with both the clam chowder and the fish and chips in half-sizes for both of us! Our waitress was super friendly and the food was delicious

Pricier lobster joint that's well worth the dough. Not a shack as the name suggests. Very nice indoor sea-themed area. Staff are very friendly and the food and beer choices are plentiful. I gave the umami lobster roll a shot and my wife went with the normal version. The umami lobster roll had a savory black truffle taste to it but I preferred what my wife had, which smelled/tasted like it was just basic lemon, butter, and dill... which was perfect. Rolls were buttery and toasted as well. They were so good my wife asked to order ANOTHER one to go... and did not share. At all. Definitely worth the stop and definitely worth spending a premium for great food!

Wonderful lobster rolls. You can get them naked or Maine style. Good selection of craft beer. Locally baked blueberry pie and great service. Outdoor seating is available.

The lobster blt was amazing. One of the better lobster rolls I've had on a bun with bacon and tomato? Yes please. The lobster bites were good and the fish and chips was flavorful when we were here. The price was pretty average for the area, low 20s for the rolls, 44 for full dinner, high 20s lobster Mac. Etc. Better than a lot of the other places we visited in the area and the staff was v friendly and accommodating

Ordered for take out. The service was excellent; attentive and fast. The bartender was incredibly polite and engaging. The New England Clam Chowder was worth the search.

Great spot for sea food in Old Port! It’s definitely a few steps above the tourist joints on the harbor road. The wait staff were friendly and had great suggestions of starting with the lobster bites and clam chowder. The fried batter on the lobster bites and the fish and chips we had was excellent and light. I enjoyed my beet salad, all elements were fresh and well balanced. They just added the lobster BLT to the menu and I was lucky to taste a bite, so good! Overall one of the better restaurants we dined at on our trip through Maine.
