It smells like Thanksgiving in this place. The ppl you meet here all have a good story about their first time coming. The only time I get food like this is Thanksgiving. Headed that way now then going on diet

This place is amazing when you have the taste for soul food. The older gentleman who works here slightly has a Jamaican accent and he is extremely polite to every customer and guest. Everything on the menu is prepared and cooked daily. All items are incredible but I recommend the rice with gravy, turkey wings, macaroni and cheese, and green beans. The portion sizes here are ridiculous so bring an appetite or a friend to share with. Please bring cash because they do not accept credit or debit cards as payment. Also just as Chick-fil-A this place is closed on Sundays.
This was my first time visiting and I must say, it didn't disappoint. The food was really good. I didn't care much for the mac n cheese, but it was worth the trip. I tried the ribs, which were finger licking, fall off the bone good. As others have stated, the location is very small and only three persons are allowed in at a time. Also, make sure to BRING CASH, because they don't accept credit or debit cards. I will be back when I have a taste for a home-cooked meal and don't feel like cooking. Side note: I was able to eat about four meals off that one plate.
This was my first time here, I ain’t have cash so I had to find a atm. 3 stops later lol I found a working atm. I went back the gentleman was surprised lol. He gave me a drink on the house 😍. I got home and opened the tray and let me tell you. It was so much food!!! This picture is after I made Myself a plate. The food was DELICIOUS! If you’re thinking about trying this place please do. I spent $17 for my plate. And it’s Black owned🖤💪🏾.

The most friendly place on Earth. Great food too. Can't eat all in one sitting. Smothered pork chops are an absolute must and the cabbage is off the charts. Go there and be happy.
Update:
Last night had the hamburger steak and gravy. Did not disappoint. Very good and portions will feed the hungriest person. One of my top 5 favorite places for takeout.

OMgoodness!!! This place is absolutely amazing. First of all, there will be a line outside, because there are only 3 people allowed inside, and they only accept cash. The food is amazing and is really soul food!!! The portions are huge, and you will not be able to eat all of this food in 1 sitting! I thought that with the line being long, that people would be complaining. NO ONE WAS COMPLAINING AT ALL, AND THE LINE WAS ABOUT TO WRAP AROUND THE BUILDING!!!!
We got turkey wings, collard greens, mac-n-cheese, and real cornbread, no Jiffy, (cornbread with corn in it). Also got smothered porkchops, lima beans, and mac-n-cheese. The food was phenomenal!!! Perfectly seasoned. The turkey wings FALL OFF THE BONE YALL, and are so succulent with the gravy!!! There was only 1 man working, and he was very polite, repeated my order, and fixed my food with those to die for portions!!! In our small talk, I told him that it was our first time there, and we got a couple of drinks for free. This is my new spot, and I dont even mind the drive there. They are not open on Sundays, but I dont even mind, because I need the chef to get his rest so that he can continue to cook and serve some amazing, tasteful, correctly seasoned, absolutely phenomenal food.
