This place is located inside the old Albertson grocery store, next to Target in Poway. So, on the outside of the building you should see the Atlas Market sign. Furaido is one of several other food vendors inside the store's food court. Since it was my first time there, I didn't know what to order. The menu isn't complicated and according to their sign, their chicken is Halal chicken. On their menu, you'll see Glaze, Dipp, and Dust. It appears to me that Glaze is the sauce that your chicken is cooked with (garlic soy, savory red, devil garlic, satan's kiss, and half & half), with increasing levels of spiciness. Dipp is their dipping sauce (tzatziki ranch, butter honey, top secret, Muay Thai, and death lava) and again with increasing levels of spiciness. Dust is a seasoning that gets sprinkled on top (furikake, sour onion, BBQ, hot cheddar, and flaming hot) and yet again with increasing levels of spiciness. I ordered three tenders with the garlic soy Glaze, a scoop of white rice and fries with the furikake Dust. It's my first time trying Korean fried chicken and the food was very delicious to me. The tenders weren't greasy and with just the right amount of crunchiness from the cooked batter. The furikake fries are big like steak fries but are thinly cut, instead of thick. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and the taste. Definitely coming back again.

Chicken was really good, very interesting flavors and options. The sour onion dust on the fries tasted like the flavor of Sour Cream and Onion you have on Lays chips or Pringle’s. Takes a little while because your order is made to order but worth the wait.

I had the combo for 2 with a friend. We had 5 chicken each, a whole leg, a whole wing, a wing, drumstick, and a strip. I got the devil garlic. The chicken were fried beautifully, and the flavor was great with a spice level from mild to medium. The chicken, asian style Cole slaw, pickled radish was great. We also had some french fries which came flavored with sour cream onion dust. Rice was kinda dry, but maybe because we went there 30 minutes before closing. Over all the fried chicken is nice and juicy. The sides are good and rice is okay.
