Excellent service, great location! Went for late lunch today only to find out no food available and the porch closed. Guess what?! They opened the porch and brought us food from next door! The fried catfish plate and shrimp po boy were some of the best and the beer was ice cold! Paulette was attentive and we didn't need for a thing! Thanks for making my dad's day, and our visitors from out of town want to come back Friday! Highly recommend!
Fred's on the river has come a long way. Through the flood water it still stands. The remodeling is amazing. Keven Roberts has done an amazing job getting things going again. The bartender r great. Sweet friendly on there toes. I think Fred's is the best it's ever been. Great job you guy
I spend time here when I work in the area. have been coming here for the last 7 years here and there and it has a special place in my heart. love this bar. easy Sundays afternoons with live music, river rats and bloody Marys are on point.
I had a great time. Saw some faces I hadn't seen in a while. It's more beautiful than ever, and the bartender was very nice and on her toes. Chris was awesome as usual, the outside patio was great , comfortable seating, big screen TV. Outside speakers. And the lighted rails around the river side is beautiful.
First time I've been in years. Got a new Waverunner. Rode a while. Started raining. Trailered the Waverunner. Went into Fred's. Surprised by the nice remodel to inside and outdoors area on the water. Then the band Blue Crab Redemption started up. They were good and entertained with different types of music. We texted friends in Baton Rouge to come out. They came. Our group and the others there seemed to have fun.

I love going there. Shiny, clean, on the water, good music, you can order food and they bring it from next door. Great service, good time everytime I go.
The rebuild was very nice. Service was great. Had a great time with friends.

Fun place. Friendly staff. Cold drinks and good people. Live music. Would recommend more staff. Please consider ordering Plume&Petal vodka spritzers. The white claws gotta go.
Me and my hubby really enjoyed my B- Day celebration rockin out with our good friend Chris Leblanc and band. He is a crowd pleaser. Everyone passed a good time. Keep hiring him they will come and we will too.
