I love ruby tuesday, I always make a point of going there whenever I'm in Presque Isle, Maine, service is great, waitresses friendly and love their food and wine, salad bar is my fav �
Kim, the bartender/server was AMAZING!!!! Her laugh is infectious! Makes it a great dining experience. She and her co-workers obviously enjoy what they are doing, and we the customers reap the benefits of that.
The food was excellent, the service was excellent, the whole experience was excellent.
Tip for you Ruby Tuesday... don't lose Kim! But kudos to the whole staff. They're all the way a restaurant staff should be.
Service was great the server came back each time asked if anything else she could get us the food was hot and got our food in a timely manner unlike last time very cold and slow to get our food
The steaks are consistent and flavorful. The bar area is very inviting and the staff is friendly. This is a good place to bring a family or for a night out.

My husband and I are there every Friday night and we enjoy the good, drinks, servers and the bar tenders... we have made many friends there and enjoy the atmosphere of it all. Best friendly staff...
Our service was amazing and Kim at the bar was amazing. She was very bubbly and social. Our food was amazing and it was an amazing atmosphere. I loved it!!!
Recently moved from California to a small town an hour from here and I so badly miss having easily accessible chain restaurants. This is our first time trying a Ruby Tuesdays (Applebees is more common on the west coast I think) and it was a good experience. Obviously not 5 star food, pretty much like any other chain restaurant food where 3/4th of the menu is fancy microwave dinners but is still delicious so you go anyway. The staff was friendly and attentive. This will probably become a regular stop for us when we come into Presque Isle to shop.
