First thing I noticed was how nice and clean the restaurant was. I was seated right away, Ronnie was my waiter, he did a great job, good eye-to-eye contact, he listened, and service was exceptional. First time at Olive Garden I had a waiter ask me if he wanted me to hold dinner so I can finish my salad, that was a big plus for me. Food was great but I hope I get Ronnie again my next visit.
Olive Garden has stepped up their decor. Felt like we were in a steakhouse. Andrea took care of us. She checked on us often to make sure everything was ok. You can’t go wrong with Olive Garden.
Bar service was great. Izzy was kind, conversational, and took care of me.
A group of servers came by and got really loud at the end of the bar, so I moved but Izzy was great about letting them know and switching me. The server who started serving me was also kind, the right kind of attentive, and offered good suggestions on the menu.
I got so comfortable and didn't realize the time had passed for the restaurant to close. A manager came by and nicely told me they had been closed and asked if there was anything else he could do for me. I had already packed up, but was hanging out a few more minutes. I quickly gathered my things thanked them several times and left. I was truly in my own world and content.
They created that level of comfort for me. Aside from the bunch of servers, the food and the service created a great experience... at THIS location.
Olive Garden is always fun family time. Prosper location is one of the new addition to their chain, and this was our maiden visit.
The ambiance inside was a pleasant surprise as this prosper location boasts modern look and fill. Our meal was sumptuous and staff service excellent.
Their salad , soup and breads are good enough to make a stop and deserts is just icing on the cake! Have fun
I have had better service, I am hopeful that it is a reflection of the broader employment shortages in general. The staff that was there was nice. We came in with a larger party, but the wait was only about 30 to 45 minutes. The menus are now printed on disposable, thin sheets of colored paper. That's a little new for me. I love the environment and ambiance of this location; the decorations are pretty cool. I will return and provide more feedback when I do. I am not sure how popular the video game Diner Dash is anymore, but I feel an employee training program at a table service establishment should incorporate x-number of hours on Diner Dash. The idea is thatbwhile ine table is getting drinks, anothe the bill, while one just got food delivered, at the same time a new table was sat, it can be managed without neglecting a table for 15 minutes. How about leaving a putcher of water on the table if you know you won't be back around to refill?
Best Olive Garden in town!! Grace was amazing, she took great care of us and served with smile. She definitely deserves appreciation. I’ve never seen someone like her who greeted and treated well. Also this place is super clean and nice !! I’m definitely going back ‘n
Love this location. Very cozy and clean restaurant. I am obsessed with the food. Great service. Best experience by far. Highly recommended 100%. The curbside pickup manager was very accommodating. 👍
