Stopped by for Saturday brunch. Quaint little place. Good food. Eggs were fluffy. The steak was tender and flavorful. Quite possibly the best breakfast steak I’ve had in a while. And the Mediterranean omelette was full of fresh veggies and feta cheese. And the young man behind the bar crafted some very tasty ice coffees for us.

First of all, what a cute establishment! It’s my first time here and I’m impressed with the aesthetics. Drinks were great! I had the chicken and waffles and the presentation was beautiful. I’ll be honest, the taste factor was just okay. Maybe it was an off day. Hannah was our server and she was beyond! Dealing with a big party can be tough and she came back probably three times to ask if we were all ready to order. She even chased one of us down because we forgot our food. Such a doll. I’d go back just because of the great service.

Went for brunch. The location is really fun (right on the river, as the name would suggest). Parking is difficult, we parked in a garage across the street for $20-$25, which was not worth it, but parking is so hard sometimes in Providence. The interior is very chic, and the service is good. The options are very limited, but the overall quality of the food/drinks was great. The only areas we would like to see improvement were clarity when you walk in (nobody greeted us for a bit, and we weren't sure if we should seat ourselves) and if they could give suggestions on parking/have something in place to handle parking (like valet). Definitely recommend.

Kyle was our server and he was fantastic. Very professional yet fun and personable. For food, we got a cheese board, hummus and smoked salmon. You have to get the smoked salmon on the pita! Absolutely recommend River Social. As a heads up, it's down along the river. You have a couple options for parking: Metropark Ltd: P4 Park Row West: Cross the street, walk towards the bridge (don't cross it), go to the right down the steps (you'll see the sign), walk along the river and you're there. 11 Memorial Blvd Parking: Cross the bridge (on Exchange street), make your immediate left, go down the steps, walk along the river and you'll see it in front of you.

We enjoyed our experience here. The location is great, service was excellent, and the food was tasty and priced fairly for the quality and location. Two reasons that we don’t rate them a “5”: firstly, the food was lukewarm; secondly, the coffee was weak - really weak. No doubt they could have, and would have, corrected both if we had asked, but we had arrived close to closing time. We didn’t want to delay the staff.
