The dirty fries are very good, but the egg was undercooked. The Brussels sprouts were overcooked. The Croque Madame sandwich (daily special) was good. The sauce is very buttery. The shrimp tacos need a sauce of some kind. The hamburgers are very good, but one was cooked to medium and was cooked well done (they didn't ask how we wanted them cooked). The wedge salads are big with two wedges. The outdoor seating is idyllic, especially since we were sitting close to the small waterfall.

We had the broccoli cheddar soup as a starter which they split for us into 2 cups. It was very well blended and tasted good! We also got their lemonade options. Those lemonades had a lot of flavor and would be even better with some alcohol added to them :) . We also got the flank steak sandwich and the chicken bacon ranch sandwich both with the fries. The steak sandwich was better than the CBR but both were really flavorful and delicious. The pesto on the steak sandwich really made that sandwich the winner. We would eat either of them again. the truffle aoli is also to die for. The service was extremely lacking though. It took nearly 20 mins for anyone to get our drink order and then almost an hour before we got our food. The place wasn’t that busy on the inside but maybe the outdoor patio was? Anyways, beware of that if you are in a rush. You don’t want to miss the scenic lift closure times because of a slow lunch!

Delicious spot for dinner in Sundance! Immediately upon being seated, our server Sam came by, introduced herself, and opened up our bottle of wine and champagne. One of our appetizers was the bread with balsamic vinegar and not pictured we also ordered the charcuterie board the brussel sprouts. While it was all good, the charcuterie board was my favorite out of all of them. The toasted muesli bread with jam on the board was so delicious!! I ordered the Beef Fillet for my main entree per Sam’s suggestion. While the wait for our mains took a while, the Beef Fillet was worth it! The red potato mash was a delicious pairing to every bite of the fillet. The brussel sprouts were a bit burnt at the tops. Overall, I’d recommend!

Been coming here my whole life, and still love it! The atmosphere of the restaurant in the beautiful mountains setting, and the delicious options on the menu keep me coming back for more. One of my favorite things is looking out through the big windows and seeing the beautiful scenery at the different times of year while we eat our delicious food. This is a place that I have been coming with my family and my husband and my children for decades, and a place that I bring friends to treat them and celebrate birthdays, just a little getaway for breakfast or lunch, and other occasions. Looking forward to next time, see you again soon!

Had a wonderful meal at the Foundry Grill while we were waiting for our room at Sundance to be ready. The food, rustic decor, and service was outstanding. Probably had the best brussel sprout dish ever here! My son loved his smores based dessert as well.

Must have a reservation! We happen to get lucky that someone cancelled - so we were able to get in. We all shared the dirty fries - and they were killer! We were practically licking the plate!! We also had the salmon, the flat iron steak, the cauliflower steak, and the ribeye. We all shared the red potato mash, asparagus, and squash. The mash needed a bit of salt. The asparagus was excellent! And we loved the flavors of the squash, but the squash was a little underdone. I highly recommend the mountain cooler! Very tasty!

I went here for a birthday dinner. My husband ordered steak and I had chicken. Both dishes were huge and they were very well seasoned. The atmosphere can't be beat. I definitely recommend coming here for a special treat.

Delicious food. Would have been 5 stars other than there was only one waitress for the entire restaurant so service was extremely slow. The waitress herself was lovely she just had too many tables to look after. The brussel sprouts were amazing as well as the pear salad. The primerib dip was delicious and they had the option for an impossible burger instead of the meat burger. Although the food was amazing i do not know if i would visit again unless they had more wait staff

Love the rustic feel of the place. Our waitress was great, and super accommodating in splitting up the salad, soup and burger that my mom and I ordered to share. The Brussel Sprouts and Dirty Fries were super delicious! I liked the Wedge Salad and the soup of the day (a miso mushroom--I was surprised how good it was). At least compared to everything else I found the burger to be just okay. Nothing wrong with it, but nothing to write home about. Overall just a super pleasant dining experience.

Our waiter Justin provided the most genuine and quality service at our anniversary dinner. Absolutely 10/10 experience! Beautiful views and atmosphere, delicious food (Brussels sprouts and dirty fries) and again, the BEST service we’ve had in a long time!

Always great food and the best environment around this area. We had a group of 12 and everything came out on time. The steaks were cooked to order. Can't beat dining in the canyon/forest.

We really enjoyed eating here. We had a private table in a back room which made it that much more enjoyable. River was our waiter and he was amazing! The food was really good and I enjoyed the salmon while my wife had the fish tacos which were ok. The kids had the mac and cheese with chicken which they liked. The drinks were great as we ordered the margarita and a bottle of Sundance wine. The place is kind of rustic and a nice farm house type look. The service was great and the atmosphere and food were delicious. It's worth visiting while you're at Sundance.
