Good waffles. Good fries. Not my favorite entrees. The machine gun and croquet Madame were underwhelming. Cute atmosphere. I think it would be a fun date night or late night snack place.

We were looking for a yummy place to have breakfast and Google brought us to Bruges Waffles and Frites. Their menu includes waffle dishes that would be enjoyable for any meal along with tasty meat dishes. The place has a quaint atmosphere being housed in one of the historic buildings of downtown Provo. The exposed brick walls and wooden tables give a cozy feeling. I ordered the Chicken and Waffle. My daughter ordered Eggs and Lamb Sausages with waffle. Despite being busy, we didn't wait long for our food. The presentation was great; my dish looking like it's name-sake! The chicken tenders were crunchy and flavorful and the waffle was so good. It was crisply and soft with an incredible yeasty flavor. My daughter shared a bite of her sausage which had a definite savory flavor of lamb. We both really enjoyed our meal and the view of the temple just across the street. We're happy with our new find and are already planning for our next visit.

Hands down the best waffles I’ve ever had. And the cream on top is life changing. And omg the fries are incredible. The people here are always so nice and friendly. Super cute place, I go every time I’m in town.

I LOVE eating here! I grew up in Germany, which meant I went to the real Brugge, Belgium about 10 times, since I lived so close to it. And this place is run by Belgium people that for sure know what they are doing and it is proofed in the taste of the product! The price is kinda expensive (in the opinion of a student, however they do have discounts at times), however it is so worth it and the sizes are very large! The fries are some of the best fries I have had in the states and simply heavenly. If you are in the area you should at least get fries here once!

If you’re craving some comfort food, this is the place. They have lots of delicious options to dress up their fluffy, crisp waffles, but I’m partial to their Nutella strawberry pairing. They have these seasoned fries that you pair with a sauce (check out the photos), and they have lots of fun, unique flavors. They have other meal options like waffle sandwiches, but I’d recommend the desserts and/or fries. Overall Standing: Take It or Leave It in Provo (but great for snacks and desserts)

Delicious. Creative. High flavor & comforting too. They have a photo of the King & Queen of Belgium hanging on the wall... I thought it was a nice touch. I had the Monster Waffle & small frites with lemon pepper dill sauce... SO FULL! Heavenly.

Very good waffles, on par with most waffles places that are amazing haha. Their frys were okay. On the menu it shows best fries in Utah since 2011 but... they were good... but I would expect more from "The Best"

Best finishing touch to a date night. They have delicious options and even better, a gluten free menu. Their "greens" fry sauce is highly recommend.

They serve amazing waffles! We tried the original but will go back to try the “chocolate torpedo”. We also got some warm food and it was delicious. The service was great and fast.

I got the traditional chicken and waffles. It was good, but the waffle became soggy quickly because of the ice cream melting so i had a puddle at the bottom of my meal box. The service was amazing, and such good high energy!

The "best fries" awards is richly deserved. Delicious! I skipped the waffles on my trip to Bruges, but I kind of regret it now. Chicken sandwich was nice, but the fries and fry sauce were worth a trip!

I've lived in Belgium and have a good sense for how great their frites (fries) and gaufres (waffles) can be. I had the frites swimming in Flemish stew and it was amazing, bringing back fond memories. I also had a gaufre liégeoise with crème fraîche. It was also very good, but somewhat dry.

Known for their frites ( fries) and they did not disappoint. They are perfectly crisp on the outside and tender in the middle. Twelve kinds of dipping sauce. I had a mini gun which is a lamb sausage and frites sandwich on a toasted baguette, and it was wonderful bread and a delicious sandwich. For dessert we had a rhapsody waffle. It was sublime. Service was good and the place was clean and I enjoyed people watching from the window. The setting is an old building and that adds to the charm and atmospere.

Machine Gun if you have never been! The frites are great with one of several dipping sauces they offer. Chicken and Waffles are a easy choice around breakfast.

Best food in all of Provo. Waffles are just the start. The fries are amazing, and the machine gun sandwich is a spicy masterpiece.
