First time stop at this cafe. The prices were great, portions were more than generous and the food was delicious. Some of the deep fried food was a tad over cooked, but overall it was great. The service was friendly and fast.
This is our favorite place to come eat!
We love love their food. I also appreciate their portion sizes and prices. (My husband can eat a good bit) and he is able to feel full after eating his meal, so that’s another plus if you can put food away.
I will always come eat here. We would call and order food for pick up or dinning in. Always fresh and delicious.
It's the only place with good lo-mein noodles. I also love their spring rolls. They're giant, and the dipping sauce is legit. We usually order takeout, and the family that runs the restaurant is always super nice. Support this small business and skip the Panda.
My biggest regret after living in Provo for 3 years is that I only found this place 6 months before moving away. Best Chinese food in the area hands down. Everyone working there is so kind and service is very quick. It's family style menu let's us get tons of food for a great price.
The choice to like and enjoy this place is mine.
Thanks!
Special thanks to whom answers the calls, you are always busy, and patient. Send my thanks to everyone.
To the delivery drivers, thank you!
I moved away for a year, I missed this place a lot on my weekend. Still Awesome food!

#60 BBQ Pork with Broccoli is fantastic! Newest picture.
Saigon has killer prices and solid Chinese food. I’ve come here with both friends and family over the years and I think it’s a great vibe for college students or groups looking for a “best bang for your buck” kind of place. I especially love the fried rice here! However be wary of the parking during peak hours as it’s not really a huge parking lot.
The food and service are top notch. We hadn’t been since moving from Provo 10 years ago, and it’s just as good as it used to be. And the prices are AMAZING! Thank you
Wonderful Chinese restaurant. The prices are incredible and the portions are great. Family run business, so sometimes it may seem a little hectic but that is part of the charm. Food is delicious and service is great. I got the General Tao’s chicken combo. This plate was 7.50 and came with a cup of soup.

I have been coming here since I was a kid and have never been disappointed. The food is delicious, fresh and comforting. Everyone there is so kind and courteous, the prices are amazing for the quality of food. I’m always surprised they aren’t super busy. People are really missing out on this place.
Saigon Cafe is a place that seems to have been around for many years. The inside has a decent eating area and the staff are nice. We ordered sesame chicken, orange chicken, and Szechuan chicken for lunch. All but the Szechuan chicken were in combos that included fried rice, egg drop soup, and egg roll. The fried rice is normal with the combo and the egg drop soup is one of the better ones I have had.The white rice that comes with the non combos is OK. The egg roll is better than most but still not my favorite. The orange and sesame chickens were good and worth ordering. Szechuan chicken had a good flavor and it is different then some other places chicken and worth a try. My wife liked the amount of veggies with the Szechuan chicken. Overall a good Chinese restaurant that has some very good options and for the price it almost gets moved up to a five star place. A definite like and a place to try if looking for Chinese food in the area. Would eat there again.
