Their food is excellent. My husband who has never had Korean food before started loving their food, especially spicy pork Bulgogi, Bibimbap, and seafood pancake. He and I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. Four thumbs up!!!!

Great Korean food!. I have been to several Korean restaurants in and around the Provo area, and this one is definitely my favorite. I love the laid-back, casual feeling of the restaurant and I've loved every experience I've had with them.

Hard to find for an out of towner. This place was way hard to find even my GPS had issues with locating it but once we did it was very tastey very friendly staff but i recommend not being far from a bathroom after eating here cause wow the fusion did not sit well with any one from my group thank goodness for the bathroom at Old Navy, lol.

Really good Korean food but it takes for ever to get your food. Lunch menu is the best but us only available Monday through thursday. You have to realize that these owners are Korean and the culture is very different. They are very sweet people but its not like a typical Asian or American place.

Delicious, but slow.. My friends and I came here for our last bi-monthly pre-work food gathering, because it had been recommended to us. It took the food forever to get to us, maybe because there were so many of us ordering, but it took almost 45 minutes for me to get my spicy pork.

That said, when it -did- get to us, everything was amazing. The sides were delicious, the waitress was attentive. I just wished we had more time to eat before we all had to pack up and go to work.

Best Korean food I've had in Utah. It's a small unassuming place but the staff is friendly and the food is delicious.

Favorite korean place!. When I lived closer to Fusion i went there almost every week. The prices are good, especially for the giant portion you get. Usually i just ordered the food to go, but recently i went in with some friends.
Ordered octopus bibimbap (my FAVORITE dish there), and stonebowl bibimbap, and spicy squid. with 3 drinks and potsticker appetizers it was only 35$! amazing price!
My favorite drink there is the plum tea, which is almost impossible to find, and taste the best here.
I've tried the bibimbap, kimchi jigae, squid tan, spicy squid, the rice ball appetizers (which they dont have anymore and it makes me very sad ), and the kimchi fried rice. the only item i didn't really care for was the squid tang, everything else was AMAZING!
if you havent gone there yet you need to!
Go now and get your bibimbap :) you'll be full the rest of the day!

Favorite night out spot. My wife and I have made it a habit to go out on Fridays here. We get the stone bowl, appetizer, and a movie. They play Korean movies if you ask and have a ledger up front so you can record where you are in a series.
The food can be slow because they make it fresh for you and if you want a stone bowl or anything else with a heated vessel, you could wait. The staff are all very nice and recognize us when we arrive. They are all Korean, look like a family, and the language barrier can be in effect, as well as a cultural difference in how the service appears to westerners. (You may need to signal for your bill or for the waiter to come over to you). They are adapting to our norms more and more, however.
We love the food and it's like eating with friends because of the staff. We don't know why it isn't very crowded, but we hope it makes it. (Just don't go on a Friday night... That's our night!)

Love it! Very very yummy. Best Korean food I've found in Provo! They say they have $1.50 lunch. I will have to try that.

This little unassuming place is no high end Kalbi Jeep but it's clean and the food is good. The owner used to cook over at Sam Hawk but the service is a bit faster here and the food is great.. Sometimes the portions are a little skimpy. I go very regularly...

The owner/operators for Fusion are a very nice Korean family. I was so overwhelmed by the smell and down-hominess, I half expected a chain-smoking, middle-aged man wearing a wife-beater, reading the newspaper in the corner and a pile of shoes by the door. As the weather was over a hundred when I went in, I wanted Korean summer food. I didn’t even read the menu thoroughly when I blurted to the owner’s son (the waiter), who was on the other side of the place that I wanted Kim-Bab, Naengmyeon and a Dr. Pepper from the fridge by the door.

If you want an authentic Korean fried chicken experience, look no further. The stars of the show were the boneless bites, the bone in wings, and the Tteokbokki. Golden soy was my favorite wing sauce, but the angry Korean was a close second. All of the chicken we received was tender and juicy. The price was very affordable. Definitely recommend to any fried chicken enthusiasts.

This place I found on a random Friday night last year and I am so sad that I don’t live closer because I’d be here weekly if I could. The chicken is so crispy and the flavors are amazing. The Sweet Red and Golden Soy are so delicious, the Sweet Red is the right kind of heat and sweet with the Golden Soy just filled with so much flavor with each bite. The sauces make a great dipping sauce for a side of French fries. The owner and employees are so sweet and kind, they get you everything you need with a beautiful smile on their faces.

Best Korean fried chicken and Tteockbokki I have had in Utah and a lot of other places for that matter. The angry red sauce on the jumbo wings was stupid tasty. And the spice level was hot but also so balanced. Extremely happy. Will be back for sure!

It tastes like the most Korean chicken I've ever had!! 🤩 The chicken is crispy and moist. It's really good. My favorite sauce is the creamy onions and angry red sauce. The combination of the two is just crazy. You guys must try this combination lol. The service is amazing and you should never think of this place as a fast food restaurant. This place always gives me a taste of fresh chicken!!!!

As a Korean, I approve this place as The Best Korean Chicken place in Utah! The batter is just perfect, and the sauces are super good. I am actually impressed how decent they are🤔 And I really liked other food items also! They are all in legit Korean style, and they taste really good as well. I would definitely come back for sure!!!

This is the best Korean Fried chicken! THE BEST! Their boneless chicken is so tender and juicy. The chicken itself is so crunchy and delicious. The wings are amazing, they are huge and taste great. This is our NO.1 monthly eat out place.

Let me tell you this is probably my favorite Korean place right now! I can’t rave enough about the flavors. My personal favorite is the creamy onion. The breading is always to a fantastic level and the sauces aren’t ever skimped on. For the price, quality, and amount of food you get love it!

This is the best fried chicken in Utah. They use thighs, which are juicy and flavorful (unlike breast meat, which is clearly inferior). All the sauces are good, and the portions are large. Every time we come to Utah county, we make a point of stopping to eat here. It is good. You should try it.

Been meaning to come in ever since I found out it was replacing Katsu City. The fried chicken here is absolutely amazing. We got the red hot, and red sweet jumbo wings, and they really were jumbo sized. So big! We also got a small order of the boneless chicken with sauce on the side, as well as the tteokbokki chicken. They also gave us a couple of jumbo wings with I think the spicy soy sauce. Everything was great! I have a very high heat tolerance and think things could have been spicier, but for most people it would probably be plenty spicy. Note since they’re pretty new (only like a week) they’re still working out some kinks in the system. But the food is oh so good!
