The ramen and the boba tea drinks were delicious. And ramen was just the right amount of spicy. They have a screen you go up to order and pay at but there was gentleman right next to it to help with any questions you had. Great service and food!

I love this place. It's quaint, it's nice, clean and refreshing. Their portains are great, the quality of food is absolutely delicious and boba is so yummy and plentiful for their price. I would have lunch everyday here if I could!

I was a little nervous because I have never had ramen like this before. My wife and I went and were blown away!!! Very filling and very well priced! We got the curry one and one of the popular ones. Service was great and food came out in 5 minutes. Will come back.

This is a fantastic little ramen place! The employees were kind, the restaurant was clean, and the food was AMAZING! Plus their milk tea is the best I've ever had.

In my opinion, this is the BEST place to get sushi in Provo!! I’ve tried other places in the area and none of them give you quality sushi, good service and affordable prices, which is important for me being a college student. They really care about their customers, and even though today was a Friday, the wait time to get the three rolls I ordered was less than 30 minutes. I’ll keep coming back!!

The short version: Great ramen and great variety, but bring a coat. The long version: Koi Ramen is a great little place. They've got great selection on the menu and some special house-dishes such as curry ramen and kimchi ramen. The special house-dishes remind me a lot of ramen shops in Japan. The food: I had the shio (salt) ramen, and I was pleasantly surprised. The blend of flavor was very pleasant and it didn't lack in intensity or content at all. I wasn't able to finish the bowl, but I still had plenty of fixings by the time I was satisfied. The only aspect that seemed a little lacking in mine was the miso egg. It didn't really taste like it had absorbed flavor from the miso process. It just seemed like a medium boiled egg. Still though, I loved my ramen. My wife had the kimchi ramen, which when I tried the broth, seemed to lack in intensity. The kimchi itself was delicious and plentiful though, so you can include a bit of it with many bites. For appetizers we had the "char syu" buns and the chicken wings. The buns were very pleasing, but they might have gotten cold a bit too fast (more on that later). The chicken wings were really good. The texture was awesomely crunchy and the sauce was finger-licking good. Very zesty and slightly sweet. The building: The place was outright cold. It felt only marginally warmer than being outside. My wife and I had to keep our coats on the whole time, and I think it was so cold on there that our char syu buns got cold too quickly. I docked a star for the temperature alone. This review would have been 5 stars if not for that. The service: The service was attentive and friendly. The food took a little long to come out of the kitchen, but it was definitely worth the wait. In summary, Koi Ramen is a fantastic place to eat, just dress warmly.

The cury ramen was good and everything on it looked freshly made, we also tried japanese style fried chicken and the breaded shrimp, both had very good taste and a soft crunch to the bite. Definetly recommend it here. 5 starts to the server and Chef' whom was very nice to come and conversate with us👍.

Great ramen at a good price! I do wish they put more noodles in (you can pay $1.50 for extra), but I eat a lot more than most people so you'll probably find it just right.

I had an amazing dining experience at Koi! I ordered a Vegas roll and the miso ramen with a level-2 spiciness, both were delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and the service very fast. I've already told all my friends, and I'll definitely be frequenting this restaurant!

Loved trying out this new ramen place. İt was SO delicious. Was overjoyed that they had some Mongolian choices on the menu. We got the Tonkatsu ramen and the Buuz. İt was amazing. The dipping sauces for the Buuz was great as well. There was a bit of an issue with our order. We were nearly the only one in the restaurant and ended up spending about an hour and 20 minutes there. Not what we were expecting. Make sure you order clearly. Nevertheless we plan on returning the next time we crave ramen

Best Ramen in town!! Super yummy and affordable! The sides are awesome and the ramen is spectacular! If you like spicy then the spicy ramen is the best! You are super lucky if Claire is your waitress! She's the best!! The boba is also delicious! If you're looking for a lighter boba drink then this one is perfect!

This place has been open for about 2 months or so. It's a fairly new establishment to the Provo food scene and a delicious addition. The atmosphere is quaint, relaxed and stylish. There's a bar, several tables and a bigger table for a larger group. The ramen comes in full portions for $10 and half portions for about $5. The half portions do not include the egg, but the egg is fantastic. I felt it was worth the extra dollar. The menu also features a classic Mongolian dish called Buuz, which is a meat dumpling. I got the Tonkotsu ramen, half portion. They used a miso soup base for the ramen; you also get to choose your spice level. I picked the spiciest and it was delicious! Flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, delicious meat, crisp vegetables. It was filling and incredible The staff is also friendly. The lady who was taking orders came by and made sure it tasted great. She and the owner are from Mongolia! It was fun to talk to her and learn a little about the restaurant as well her thoughts about Mongolian BBQ. Great restaurant! You would be remiss to not go here!

The guy working was very nice. I got my food pretty quick but then again there wasn’t anyone else there. I took the food to go but when I got to finally to eat it the noodles were all clumped together. This made it kind of awkward to eat with chopsticks. I’m not sure if there’s a better way to travel with this food to go but it still tasted really good and I would definitely go back.

I really enjoyed the food here, I thought the Ramen was delicious and well worth it for the price. I think Ramen is an excellent meal for a cold day. The reason I can’t give 5 stars is because there were a couple issues: First, when the server was taking our orders (we were a group of 10) the electronic device taking our orders randomly stopped working, so we all had to order again. This was a lengthy process. Second, the same device would not accept our credit cards. We tried several times, the device was a problem and took about 10-15 extra minutes. Secondly, the meals were cooked in groups of 4 bowls for some reason, so 4 people at our table got their meals, then we waited another 15 mins for the next 4 ramen bowls, and then a shorter amount of time for the last 2 bowls. All in all, from the time we ordered to the time we received our food it was quite awhile. Since we are such a polite and well-mannered group, we all waited until everyone at the table had their food, and when I took a bite, my Ramen was lukewarm. Once again, the Ramen was still very good. I wish I had gotten extra noodles, but didn’t want to wait another significant amount of time. Anyways, go on a cold day with a small group and try to pay with cash. Enjoy!

As a Japanese native, I'm pretty picky about my ramen, and was pleasantly surprised with how fantastic the broth was (tonkotsu and tantan). Potato croquette was also delicious and seasoned really well. Great prices and I appreciate the half-size ramen bowls.
