This place is wicked good. With deserts you feel like you'd see on those Netflix desert competition shows. Wasn't as expensive as I thought it'd be either. Even their ice creams textures are elevated on other level. The place itself has dine in and is super fun to be at. Very nice people working too, very knowledgeable of the menu and they totally directed us toward what was the best to spend our money on as far as taste goes. Spoiler alert, it was the passion lime cheesecake!
These desserts are some of the best I have had in a long time. I have eaten at some very expensive restaurants and found these desserts even better than theirs. The gelato was crazy good. The decadent chocolate desserts were so rich and delicious. The cafe itself is small but has plenty of seating and they offer free flavored water. My only critique is that the owner could probably charge more for the desserts because they feel a little underpriced. I know it probably is strange to mention this, but I feel like these desserts are worth more than they are being charged for.
This place was adorable. We went for a girls night and it was perfect. The desserts were absolutely incredibly beautiful and delicious. The ambiance was perfect. It is located downtown Provo. Eat dinner, walk and get dessert then walk to Pioneer book. 👌🏻👌🏻

I've always admired this bakery from the outside but never had the opportunity to come in here until recently. I was so impressed that I pre-ordered 2 whole pie tarts from this place for the holidays!
Upon first entering, I feel like this place gives the ambiance of a fufu French bakery - so pretty to look at and every sweet pastry looks too good to be devoured! Well, guess what, it looks good AND it tastes the way it looks - DEVINE!
Let's just say I'm not a fan of anything pecan, or even like pecan pie. Then I had the taste of their bourbon pecan tart with chantilly and I was like, "What the heck did I just bite into, HEAVEN?" It made me a convert to actually like/love Pecan Pie! But I know that's not fair, as this place makes everything taste like a piece of heaven in your mouth. I'm not saying I am an instant fan of pecan pies now, but this place, if it comes from this place, Yes, YES I am.
The staff was friendly and really helpful too. This place will be a permanent rotation in my books going forward. I can't wait to try other treats from here!
We went here after lunch. We wanted a sweet treat. We ordered a PB&J croissant, pineapple roll and cookies and cream gelato. It was so tasty! What a fun variety of treats!
My partner and I absolutely love this place. We cannot get enough. There are so many amazing creations to choose from. We have gotten something different every time and we still haven't tried everything. I have tried the passionfruit cheesecake and it was amazing. The passionfruit flavor is so tart and so sweet. And not to mention it is almost too cute to eat! My partner had the Cuban flan and really enjoyed it. The flavor was great and the fresh fruit on top the perfect garnish. We have also enjoyed the Cuban coffee, the stuffed demi baguettes, and the guava cream cheese brioche. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff are quite friendly. A great place for a casual date, or to hang out and get some work or homework done.
The staff, the food, and the store are all wonderful! Everything was beautiful and well maintained—both food and store. The staff were kind and the food truly was amazing in both presentation and taste. I will always recommend this place, as it is one of my favorites!

Fillings and Emulsions deserves 10 stars. Everything about this place is AMAZING!!! I consider myself a food critic and their food is my little slice of heaven. I came the day they opened and I am ashamed how much I've been back. I have gotten the key lime pie, which might I say is the best I've had since the Florida Keys. I've had the macaroons, which are really easy to screw up, and Fillings and Emulsions has mastered the art of it! I have had their cheese and pepperoni pizza, not sure if the exact name they call it, but that was excellent and I don't even like pizza 🤣. I have had their hazelnut cheesecake... Amazing!!! I've had their sticky rice gelato with passion fruit, now I'm addicted to that!!! I have had a chocolate mousse with raspberry, so divine, I couldn't savor the flavor long enough. I was actually truly sad when that was all gone. And I have had their stuffed churro cake... Excellent! I could honestly live here if the chef would allow it! The staff are all so friendly and make you feel so welcomed and not rushed in your deciding what to pick. And the atmosphere is so cute, makes you feel like your at a high end bakery! It is also very clean and organized as well. I hope you find this review helpful as I have now made myself crave it again and will be visiting then again today! Enjoy!
SO many different types if items that we left with a variety of things to eat over a few days. Super cute shop and plenty of parking, even on a busy Saturday. The flavors were spot on and we'll balanced in addition to looking stunning
They are really good at quality desserts. The triple chocolate decadent cake is a great standard, and it has what I think is similar to a creamy chocolate bar on top. The raspberry chocolate mousse cake is absolutely stunning. The tart of the raspberry explodes in your mouth and allows for the indulgent chocolate flavors to be more pronounced and delicious. The texture is all so good, you can’t stop eating but then it turns out that they are quite filling for their portion sizes!
