The view from the top room is amazing! And it's a blast to pick your own cream, flavors, and mix-ins and watch them create ice cream in front of you. Always delicious, too!

The staff are either really outgoing or really quiet depending on the time of day you go and or if you bring kids with you so don’t depend on the one experience you have here because it changes with circumstances. We came later at night and the staff were chill and not talktative. Cleanliness was mediocre but most ice cream shops are due to the nature of stickiness from kids, ice cream and whatever else so I’m not surprised or upset whatsoever. The parking in Provo is always a nightmare so be prepared to park at least a block away from where you’re trying to go because it’s just terrible and don’t bring a truck. The bubble waffles here are good so be prepared it’s a lot of food.

I always enjoyed Sub Zero, but I often forget about it since the one that was close to me closed. I was really happy to find out the next closest one was much closer than I thought! Great staff and even better ice cream! If you haven't tried it, you really need to. I recommend a small if you're just trying it out, the portions are larger than expected. The building is anxious with 2 stories, but the parking situation is terrible, but that really isn't Sub Zero's fault! There was free 2 hour parking to West of the city block. Everything else is amazing, and I would highly recommend!

Cute shop with a cool concept. Pretty busy on a Friday night, but the line moves fast. Lots of options for flavors and mix ins. Staff was friendly and gave some good suggestions for what to get. A little on the pricey side for ice cream, but the portions are true to size and they’re up front and honest about the price. I’d come back here again

It was super cool, but the line moved really quite slow. The ice cream has a super unique texture and is amazingly creamy, the workers were quite amicable as well, so really my only complaint was they seemed understaffed for the amount of customers. Overall I'm definitely satisfied with my visit. I'll be back!

Good little sub zero right in downtown Provo. It’s a nice little place with wood that gives it a rustic feel. Ice cream was a bit expensive for a small but it was nice. Also check out the 2nd floor for a nice area with some old pictures of Provo. Some even dating back to the 1800s. Upstairs is great to keep kids entertained as there is a claw machine and a piano as well

They use witchcraft and wizardry right in front of your face to turn a pool of flavor cream in a bowl into the ice cream in your cup. It's innovative and hip enough to maintain Hype from all the trendy kids for a while to come. They have tons of flavors, and the pricing is reasonable. They have a dope upstairs with a piano. The only downside is pictures of BYUs buildings. Really? Like we don't see enough of that and you had to bring it here. Like a student is gonna see it, get excited, point out which window is their classroom, and come back with their friends? Anyway my wife loved it on our date that's all that matters. Bless you if you sneezed while reading this. Have a good day everyone.

Great ice cream! Tastes like dippin dots almost which are the best! Really enjoyed watching them make it right in front of my eyes! Science rules! Pro tip - check out their loft it is a really nice spot that is very cozy and has a piano.

Always a great time, this time the server was hilarious, even if he was totally wrong about bacon. There wasn't a line when we went on a hot Friday afternoon, which was a nice surprise. My kiddo ordered one of the sensations and was pleased with their choice, especially when they found out it included a waffle bowl. I, being a total adult, ordered the dolewhip (pineapple ice cream) with Nerds and gummy bears. I wasn't disappointed, it was an amazing experience as promised. I always go for the brain freeze, and it was perfect.

The staff was friendly and were great with the kids. We loved picking out our flavors and watching them freeze it right in front of us. The kids loved how the cream disappears in the fog and appears as ice cream. The ice cream turned out very good and creamy. We will be going back.

It's an amazing place to get a special treat once in a while! there's lots of flavors and add-ins to choose from. they make it right in front of you and it's really cool to see the smoke from the liquid nitrogen. there's a fun little upstairs area to eat in, and the view from the window is beautiful this time of year with lights on the trees. highly recommend!

It's fun to watch them make the ice cream right in front of you! They do have some vegan friendly options, but could use more. Prices are a bit steep given the portion size. But overall it was good. The venue and atmosphere are nice.

Holy cow!! BEST ice-cream! The texture is amazing! And somehow the icecream is both creamy and light! Cold stone has nothing on sub zero. If I tried to eat the same amount of icecream I ate at subzero at cold stone I probably would’ve felt very sick. Icecream usually just doesn’t settle well in my stomach. But after eating sub zero icecream I feel like I could go for a run and my stomach would still feel great! SO yummy! Will definitely be going back again and recommending to friends! Also really kind employees and fun atmosphere! The icecream is made right in front of you and it’s so fun to watch!

The concept behind the place is cool and interesting. The cream is pretty good. The portions are true to their listed size. I appreciate that they don’t charge extra for a lactose free ice cream base. I’d recommend doing the customizable options. My favorite combinations were vanilla flavor with raspberries and pistachios and secondly, coffee flavor with cookie dough and pecans.

Super fun place and entertaining as well to watch your ice cream get made. My favorite Sensation so far has been the Banana Cream Pi with fresh banana slices 😋 They also have fun sodas that I have yet to try so I need to go back! Steve, the owner, is very very sweet and will do anything he can to make sure you have a good time. Definitely left here feeling like part of the family 😊
