Pueblo needs a place like 21 Steak. The steak was amazing, cooked and seasoned to perfection. Our server, Jessica, was awesome. I highly recommend this place.
I’m blown away by this place. The food the people was perfect! From the moment you walk in you are treated as family. I can’t get over how spectacular this place was. I will be coming back and I strongly recommend everyone go and eat here.
Had dinner here for the first time was a gift for my recent wedding. I love it. It was the best steak I have ever had in my life. Far surpassed my expectations this is Chef Gordon Ramsey class dining. Oh my god my ribeye was mouth watering. My wife and I had such an amazing experience. This is exactly what pueblo needs a high class place that is amazing food. The Santa’s cookies desert was amazing. I love it and will be as often as I can.

Twenty One Steak is, without question, a dining experience extraordinaire! The ambience, the varied menu selections, the staff and the unique attention to detail all combine to assure patrons will leave already anticipating their next visit for yet another over-the-top excellent culinary adventure.
Everything was amazing! Great atmosphere and our steaks were perfect. A little expensive but over all it was worth it. If anyone had a bad experience I recommend giving them another try. You will be missing out if you don't.
From the greeter at the door to the beautiful atmosphere to the delicious food this restaurant is First class! If you’re looking for plant based/ vegan options you will be pleasantly surprised.

I took my mom there for an early Mother's day dinner. She was absolutely blown away. We loved the food and the service. She kept commenting on how professional everyone was and how friendly they were. As we were leaving she said that they made her feel like a princess. Thank you to the staff and crew for making this dinner a night to remember.
A wonderful experience for me and my husband on our anniversary! The staff was knowledgable and provided excellent recommendations, the food was delicious, and we even received a very thoughtful card with good wishes for our special day.
Often when I go to a fancier restaurant I don't feel like the staff connects with the guests. The staff here makes you feel like old friends. They even gave us an anniversary card. The food is more amazing then my limited writing skills could ever begin to describe. This is going to be our anniversary spot, birthday spot, our for the heck of it spot or whatever reason we can come up with spot for a long time to come. Best steak, bread, potatoes and dessert that I have had all together in one meal in my life.

My man took me out to celebrate our one year anniversary here and they really outdid themselves to ensure it was a great experience! Our server was Jade and she honestly would be the only reason i wouldnt give this place a 5 star rating due to her nasty attitude and obvious snide remarks towards me in front of my man. But shortly after the owner (whom im assuming it was at least) was the female in the animal print top and black leather pants came to our table and chatted with us for a few minutes and really showed sincere gratitude for us coming in their for our first time ever to celebrate our anniversary so there is absolutely no way i would be able to give this place anything less than a 5 star rating!! The food was amazingly delicious, the wine was spectacular, the great customer service we received (not from Jade obviously) from other service staff/cooks/and the owner made it one hell of an experience! The decorations were welcoming, the organization was superb, the whole aura was opening, as well as the ambience really set the whole mood for us to have the picture perfect date night!
Really wonderful place...great food, service, and atmosphere! I could tell the staff are well taken care of because they each seemed truly invested in providing an amazing experience as a part of a whole team. Loved the local charcuterie board, especially the pimento cheese spread. Try the Grey Ghost martini. The rolls were sooo good, too!
this is definitely my favorite place for a special night out. the vibe is very welcoming and I've had nothing but good experiences here. best drinks in town! Alec the bartender has great recommendations and is very quick. the food is always on point too! our last visit we were helped by Jade... she was very knowledgeable about the menu and was attentive and fun. she made my anniversary with my partner very special and I appreciated her recommendations and bubbly personality. I always look forward to my next visit here!
Our entire experience here was just simply fantastic! The staff were so friendly, the food was so delicious, and they made us feel extra special for our 33rd anniversary by giving us free champagne and a dessert of our choice. We would highly recommend Twenty One Steak to anyone and would love to go back next time we're in town. We could not be more pleased!

Let me start off with the fact that both the ambiance and acoustics were incredible. The lights were perfectly dim as to not strain the eyes but also bright enough to see well. There were 5-6 other couples there and my wife and I never had to raise our voices to hear each other, and that was with music playing overhead as well. The service was absolutely phenomenal, shout out to our server Reid. He was very attentive and gave great advice when it came to picking dishes. The appetizer, blistered shishido peppers were splendid. The steaks were cooked perfectly and paired with amazing enhancements as they call them. The sides were simply exquisite, we had the wild mushroom risotto and the potato croquettes. The dessert, chocolate cake and flan, was absolutely to die for!!! Drinks were delicious as well and the speed of the meal was very well paced. While it is an expensive place to eat, it is beyond worth every penny and if I could give it 6 stars I would. Also it is a wonderful place to take your spouse on a date!!!
My wife and I were pleased with our whole experience at Twenty One Steak. From the time we made our reservation to when we left the restaurant. Although they had a large group to tend to, we were taken care of as if we were the only ones there. Johnny was kind a great waiter and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious! We will definitely be back!
I absolutely love this place. It’s apparent that they have created a great culture within the business. Everyone is passionate and knowledgeable. We come here regularly and have truly never been disappointed but rather so impressed with the consistency of the outstanding service. It’s our favorite place! Pueblo is lucky to have 21 Steak.
