Mexican on a budget, still, the flavor is pretty good for what it's worth. Restaurant is small and the menu is limited though the price is right for the quality of materials used for the dishes... I would have liked pulled meat or steak in my enchiladas, instead i get served ground beef. Hey, I'm just spoiled. It's evident that this place is family owned which by me is great, it's a safe place for kids and wife. Bring cash as it's the only method of payment at this establishment, oh and the waitress is not the patient type, so make sure to know what you want because you'll get a blunt response. It can be off-putting if you're the sensitive type but she's not a bad person, so cut her slack please and leave a tip if you get the food fast and hot.

This was an amazing place to eat. If you are looking for food like grandma made this is it! One of the best meals I have had on the road. The service was quick and it was great to see a family still making a living in such up and down times. A huge thank you to them!

Outstanding, traditional Mexican food! Don't be fooled by the exterior or the lack of frou-frou decorations inside. You don't get or need that at Cuca's. It's about the food and the kind people making and serving it. Caution: The green chile is quite picante and is for those who are accustomed to eating the higher heat levels. That being said, it's not so spicy that it loses its flavor to the heat. Cuca's is the kind of place that makes the Pueblo Chile shine. Highly recommend.

Very delicious food, if you haven't eaten here you must, it is way better than Taco Stop by far thumbs 👍 😀. Also the prices are unbeatable for the amount of food you get.
