The staff rocked our visit again! The food was so good 👍 and the server was very friendly 👌, if you are looking to kick back and slow down to have an absolutely amazing experience this is the place!

Small town Quincy is, but this restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Excellent food and value. Pleasant friendly professional wait staff. I had the sweet chili chicken with wasabi flavored mashed potatoes (yum!! Never had this combination before but I'm going to try at home with salmon), steamed veggies (perfect, just right crisp but done!). The chicken breast had been sliced into thin cutlets, most were perfect, one was a little overdone. My husband has beef tips stroganoff over noodles. He thought it was top notch. I had salad (frisee lettuce, sliced onions, tomato wedges, cucumber slices, all crisp and fresh); he had their home made chicken noodle soup (lots of good stuff in it, he said). Only complaint was no wine choices per se. Red or white (chard, SB, viognier) but no labels or choices. Solid wine though (he had chard, me SB). It was a cold night already 33F when we were there about 6:30. Lovely meal to start my birthday weekend trip. Snow on the patio chairs. Smiles. Inside dining was quiet, small place. This chef is amazing ! We are from Southern California and this food is as good as any in LA. Our family enjoyed everything about this place. I would drive the 10 hours just to eat here.
This is the place to go for a nice lunch or a special dinner!
The chef always has something wonderful on the "specials" menu! Plus everything on the main menu is SO good! i LOVE the coconut shrimp! (be sure to ask for the mango salsa with it! Goes SO good with the other 2 sauces served with them!)
We enjoyed our dinner; Hoisin Chicken Salad, and Panko Parmesian encrusted Pork Chops with Homestyle Gravy, yum! They accommodated a member in our party with a vegetarian dish, even though it was not on the menu. Ambiance, service, and food were wonderful. They have done a fabulous job adapting to the ever changing Covid rules, hence they have a menu prepared in advance. Check out their facebook page for the menu and be sure to make a dinner reservation. Best food in town!
What is sweet restaurant Sweet Lorraine's is in Quincy California. They have seating both inside and outside on the patio. Our waitress was friendly, and the food good. We had a nice Merlot enjoyed immensely. The bread pudding was very good! Don't miss this restaurant.
Had a Rib Eye Cheesesteak today and it was top notch. Kudos to the chef in the back, I believe I heard Gary. The girl helping with the customers and my order was very nice. Great vibes in this restaurant will definitely be back more and will spread the word. 😉✌️
Busy place, not a lot of seating, so get there early.. food was good and definitely worth going.
The food here is just outstanding, despite the previous review. Sure they get slammed at times, (gee, I wonder why?), but this is hands down one of the best restaurants in the Plumas County. I don't like Chicken Parmesan. I however LOVE Gary's Chicken Parm. The steaks are wonderful and the staff is friendly and helpful. They have wonderful salads that more than make a full meal. The crispy honey chicken is just delectable.
I thought the beef stroganoff was very good.
Food, service, presentation - are all great at this place. These folks understand foodservice with a flair. Their prices are more than reasonable and their portions are generous. My favorite place for dinner when I am anywhere near Quincy. Wish they were open on Mondays - but I understand.
Had their steamed mussels today and they were amazing. The serving size was HUGE too! I'll definitely come back here. A very satisfied customer.

This is a favorite spot of our's. The food is amazing, as well as the service and the staff. The Owner and Chef, Gary is the best. The Bourbon Soy Ribeye is my absolute go to!
Nice little cafe with great outdoor seating that has plenty of shade. We had our dog with us and they we're kind enough to let us enjoy the patio without any problem.

The service was amazing but the food was even better. The mahi mahi with pineapple glaze was fabulous. My sister in laws chicken parmesan was the best we've ever had. With only 2 employees running the whole place they did an amazing job! I highly recommend it.
